Both of them had been caught by Looper tentacles many times due to Ste disturbing their coordination. It forced them to repeatedly endure the disgusting experience of having their bodies tickled by Looper tentacles. They were bathed in their mucus.
Also, they were cornered many times by several Orcs at once, just one step away from being captured by them.
The one who deserved all the credit for freeing them and breaking through the encirclement was Tama. He made the most out of his 《Elemental Howl》 and 《Summon Tentacle》 skills, saving them numerous times.
If they went even further inside, there was the possibility of them not making it in time. And so they decided to retreat and return to the city for now.
Despite collecting a great number of materials, they were forced to leave them behind due to fatigue. In the end, the day’s profits were zero.
