    Alex snapped out of his reverie and nodded vigorously. “OK! I got this!”


    The next day, sunlight streamed through the window, and the gentle breeze outside asionally


    caused a cool draft to escape through the curtains.


    Emmett slowly opened his eyes and stared at the white ceiling, feeling somewhat dazed.

    toilets by the butler. She should be there now.”

    After they left, Emmett noticed a hangover remedy by his door. He had a vague recollection of Leah


    bringing it to himst night. His memory was hazy due to the excessive


    drinking.

    Tentatively, she pushed open the door to see Emmett sitting by the bed, sipping water.

    There was no denying that he was truly blessed by the heavens. His face seemed like a masterpiece

    “You wanted to see me?” ra asked cautiously.


    She feared that Emmett was fully conscious when he took herst night. Was he purposefully

    “Were you the one who took care of mest night?” Emmett put down his ss, stood up, and walked


    towards her, causing his oppressive aura to envelope her. ra clenched her fists and managed to

    “Then tell me! Who took off my clothes?”


    ra froze for a moment.


    If he was asking this, he was either testing her or he had genuinely forgotten what happened because


    he was too drunk and only woke up to find himself naked.


    “I did.” ra lowered her head, afraid to meet Emmett’s gaze and reveal something.


    Emmett narrowed his eyes as a hint of suspicion shed through them. “Sost night…”
