<h4>Chapter 48: The Appearance of Two Types of Special Zombies</h4>
The second wave began!
Enoch stood where he was and quietly looked at the ck fog around him.

Enoch even saw a huge ball of ck fog trying to rush into his floating ind, but the light barrier stopped and repelled it back,
‘I now have a rough understanding of how much ck fog can enter and how many enemies this ck fog represents,’ Enoch spected in his heart upon seeing this scene.
He had a rough idea of the situation of the ck fog and its rtionship with the light barrier.
This made Enoch gain a deeper understanding of this game.
While Enoch was thinking about these things, some zombies slowly walked out of the ck fog.
There were about 120 zombies this time, most of them slow, low-level ones. However, Enoch also detected some more powerful and dangerous zombies.

This time, there were two types of special zombies. The Runner’s legs seemed to have been strengthened by something special. They were much longer than ordinary people’s legs and were not as ragged as other zombies’. Its whole body was clean as well.
Of course, this was onlypared to the other zombies, whose bodies were rotten and broken. Compared to humans, this Runner was still dirty. Its body was covered in blood, and it also exuded a rotten smell. Nevertheless, it wasn’t as disgusting as the other zombies.
However, it couldn’t be denied that each of these Runners looked like sprinters on the field. They were lying on the ground with their butts sticking up high in a running posture when they appeared.
When they found their target, they immediately charged at it. They were very fast. If it weren’t for Enoch’s improved constitution, he would have only seen a series of afterimages.
The me Launcher was a huge, fat zombie. mes kept pouring out of its mouth, making it look like a fire demon that had crawled out of the depths of hell.
Evidently, this zombie could spit out mes from its mouth.
Unexpectedly, in terms of moving speed, it was as slow as the other zombies.
It was also in tatters, like an obese patient who was moving toward Enoch with difficulty.

The Pea Shooters spat out their pea bullet the moment the Runners entered their range.
The green pea bullets left green afterimages in the air, their speed even faster than real bullets.
The moment the Pea Shooters spat them out, the pea bullets appeared in front of the Runners.

In the next second, several Runners copsed on the ground.
Most of them had been shot in the head, but one of them had been shot in the shoulder. As such, the Pea Shooter fired a second pea bullet before killing the Runner.

It hadn’t been a mistake. The Runners had twisted their bodies, trying to dodge the pea bullets, when they were about to hit them.

One Pea Shooter could probably stop two Runners. Any more, and Enoch would not be able to stop them at all.
