Prologue
In the year 2020s nerve gears were introduced which lead to a phenomenal change to the future of
gaming. Due to this new technology gamers were able to upload their own consciousness to their own
characters. This way they can directly control their actions in the virtual environment. Along with this
technology VR games also blew out of proportions, but a select few gave stood out on their own, and
one of those is called as REALMS. A DMMO-RPG game that took place in a world called Estia, a world
that is closer to earth other than the fact there was magic and other species. Whether it was an elf,
human or a beast man many different species populated Estia. And roles played could be numerous, it
could vary from adventuring to governing to heck even being a destroyer, so it provided a lot of freedom
to the players. But the players have to start from scratch, even maps were supposed to be chartered by
themselves, so it required a lot of time and effort.
And In one of these uncharted areas was a guild exploring an Unknown map, an eerie forest unlike a
normal one, the Forest of the Forgotten.

Combing through this unknown map was particularly hard for us, since monsters higher than mythical
classes were spawned all over the place. And avoiding them was impossible. But this was not a problem
for our guild so were dealt quickly. But this freaking forest would not let us take a stroll so easily.
Even in the unknown part of the map I didn’t let my guard down or underestimate any possibilities. Yet
what occurred in front us was something I could not even imagine. As the deafening roar resounded
through the forest, I got an uneasy feeling. But head to venture further on the forest, I sent my best
scout to check what the roar was and originating from but that was also soon answered.
A huge black body fell in front of us towering at least 20 m and leaving a huge crater at its impact point.
Yet none of it mattered as I saw its designation.

Screaming at the top of my voice I warned my guild members.
“RUN, EVERONE RUN. SOMEONE PROVIDE COVER FOR THE ONES FALLING BACK. IT’S A FREAKING
ANCIENT CLASS MONSTER.”

guild members running away from the Monsters attack range, I stayed behind to ensure everyone had
escape. Although few were injured during the escape we survived the onslaught of the Ancient Class.
But nonetheless kept moving until we reached a town.

Reaching the town and settling down we discussed our future actions. Since we could not take down
that beast on our own since we lack numbers even though our levels are pretty high. Our guilds name
was Osirus, and consisted of 13 members including their leader, me.

Even though we were small in numbers we are counted as one of the top level guilds. Since each of our
members were skilled and had high levels we weren’t looked down on otherwise people who
underestimate us might get their rug pulled underneath from them.
“I know you guys want take that thing down but we can’t do it on our own at least.”
Blatantly saying my thoughts took my members by surprise but agreed with me.
“So in that case you want to form an alliance or a raid” Rigel said it reading my thoughts perfectly.
“Yes. But I want to form an alliance to be made since there is something very valuable in the loot. Here
guys take a look at this” saying that I showed something interesting piece of information that was on my
console a smile crept up on my face.
“That, that’s the last piece we need for ‘that’ isn’t it. But how did you get such information?” Val
exclaiming happily yet curiously.
“I had Niki help out, so what do you guys think.” Saying that I looked at my members who became riled
up instantly.
“”OFCOURSE WE ARE TAKING THAT BEAST DOWN NO MATTER WHAT”” agreeing the guild members.
But at that time we didn’t realize that was the last the raid we will go on.
