    The Jail of the Gods in the Unending Ocean?


    Yang Ling looked at the Golden Roc in confusion. He soon gained a faint understanding of what was going on after listening to the Roc’s exnation.

    Other than the boundless space and turbulence, there were also a few unique dimensions within the Unending Ocean. The Jail of the Gods was one such dimension, which attracted the attention of many unparalleled fighters. In order to understand the ultimate secrets of thews of this universe, many unparalleled fighters headed to the Unending Ocean, even though they knew that not many of them would make it out alive.


    “The Unending Ocean... I’ll personally head there to have a look one day!” After learning a bit about the Unending Ocean, Yang Ling secretly came to a decision. He continued after a pause, “Rodriguez, we set off toward the Nine Phantom Mountain Range in three days. Make the necessary preparations with Kaleisa. Also, find a way to collect divinities of various elements, the faster the better!”


    Now that the situation in the Giant Dragon Valley had stabilized, Yang Ling was not willing to waste any more time there, and he was prepared to head toward the Nine Phantom Mountain Range, where the Skyreach Tower was located. Furthermore, the sess of the Ice Dispelling Stroke solidified his determination to create a unique, unparalleled de technique. If he could learn thews of the various elements by consuming divinities of those elements, then further learn the corresponding de technique used to dispel thesews, his battle capabilities would be self-evident!


    After leaving behind a few instructions, Yang Ling teleported into the Wizard Pagoda’s Space and headed straight for the underground jail where the Great ck-horned Demon was.


    After training for twenty years, even though his abilities had improved immensely, Yang Ling still did not have confidence that he would be able to directly subjugate the Great ck-horned Demon. Perhaps he would only have full confidence when he reached the peak of Soul Wizard. However, even though he could not tame her and obtain her memories, nothing was stopping him from having a chat with her. He wanted to see if he could get any more information out of her.


    ording to the Dragon Turtle Kaleisa, the Nine Phantom Mountain Range was extremely dangerous, and the area surrounding the Skyreach Tower was heavily guarded by troops of the various major factions. Kaleisa only knew the general situation and not any specifics. However, as a lucky survivor of the Great Battle of the Gods and Demons, the Great ck-horned Demon Natalie might know of even more relevant secrets.


    Yang Ling had a faint sense that the tragic Great Battle of the Gods and Demons in the past had a significant connection with the disappearance of the Ancient Wizards and the Skyreach Towers!


    The underground jail, heavily guarded byyers of restrictions, was as damp and sinister as it had been before. This time around, Yang Ling did not use the enhanced rosemary essence created by Alice. He ordered the troops to stand guard outside before walking in alone. He soon attracted the attention of the Great ck-horned Demon.


    “You... Who are you? Just what is this ce?” Seeing Yang Ling walk in alone, then sensing the ripples of energy within his body, the Great ck-horned Demon Natalie stood up cautiously. She gripped the Shadowless Whip in her hand tightly, internally deliberating Yang Ling’s identity.


    “My identity is not important. This is a secret chamber, a secret chamber where no one can disturb you. At the very least, the fact that you can remain undisturbed makes this ce much better than the Demon Pce. You need not worry about the people from the Algernon Divine Branch or Longbarton Divine Branch suddenly barging in to attack you!” Yang Ling let out a faintugh, closely examining the changes of the Great ck-horned Demon over the years.


    Her face was pale and lifeless, and she now had thin crow’s feet spreading from the corner of her eyes. Her long hair was draped messily over her shoulders, making her look exceptionally haggard. Even though her ripples of energy were rich and majestic, they would slip into disarray and irregrity from time to time. It looked like the Great ck-horned Demon had not been able to absorb any energy from the outside world due to being imprisoned within the restrictions. The injuries on her body had not only not healed, but instead seemed as though they were further worsening!


    “You mean to say that it is you who have saved me from the Demon Pce?” Remembering the Divine Duty Experts, like Borgans, who had charged into the Demon Pce back then, the Great ck-horned Demon became furious. She wanted desperately to lead a million Evil Demons and bathe the Algernon Divine Branch, who had led the operation back then, in blood. If not for Borgans and the rest of the people kicking her while she was down, she wouldn’t have ended up in such a state today. After taking a deep breath, the Great ck-horned Demon forcefully calmed herself down, then said coldly to Yang Ling, “Thank you for your kindness back then. Tell me, what do you want before you will release me?”


    Yang Ling would not havee to see her for no reason. Now that Yang Ling hade to see her for the first time in a few hundred years, the Great ck-horned Demon understood without thinking too hard about it that he must have a motive foring.


    “It’s been five hundred years. I haven’t had any improvements in my cultivation for five hundred years!” Yang Ling put on an act and shook his head, sighing before continuing, “Besides Core Deities or Dimensional Wanderers, none of the other divinities I consume have any effect. I do want to know if consuming the divinity of an Ancient Divine Demon would be anything special...”


    A person who could survive the Great Battle of the Gods and Demons must definitely be an incredibly capable fighter. In order to sessfully find out more about the Nine Phantom Mountain Range, Yang Ling decided to retreat as a means to advance, tackling the matter from the side as he slowly pried the information out of the Great ck-horned Demon.


    The divinity of an Ancient Divine Demon?


    The expression of the Great ck-horned Demon Natalie sunk. Even though she had been mentally prepared for this, she did not expect the other party to be eyeing her divinity. He was not to me though; the divinity of an Ancient Divine Demon did have a fatal allure to a person who was focused on obtaining power!


    “If you wish to obtain my divinity, then dig it out from my corpse!” The Great ck-horned Demon Natalie spat as she forcefully iled the Shadowless Whip in her hand. She was furious, ovee with battle intent. She secretly made the decision that she was not going to let Yang Ling seed. She was ready to make her divinity self-destruct.


    Obscure ripples of energy, mysterious restrictions... The suave Yang Ling gave her an intense sense of threat. She was confident that she would be able to defeat Yang Ling if she were at her peak, but the situation was dire for her in her current state!


    “The divinity of an Ancient Divine Demon, even a high and mighty Core Deity and Dimensional Wanderer, would not let anybody go when they came across them!” Yang Ling pretended to be put in a tight spot as he deliberated for a moment. He then continued, “Unfortunately, a long time ago, someone told me that he was acquainted with the leader of the Abyssal Demons. That’s why I suddenly took action in the Demon Pce. Yours is not the only divinity of an Ancient Divine Demon passed down in this world, if...”


    “You... You know Kansas?” The Great ck-horned Demon, who had thought that she would not be able to avert this crisis, had a glint in her eyes, finally seeing a glimmer of hope.


    “My apologies, I am not acquainted with the leader of the Abyssal Demons, Kansas, all I know is a strange old man! If there’s a chance in the future, I can introduce the two of you!” Yang Ling continued spouting nonsense, making it so that the Great ck-horned Demon did not know if he was speaking the truth or not for the time being. He paused for a moment before continuing, “I heard that there is a Skyreach Tower in the Nine Phantom Mountain Range of the Chaos Dimension and that there are several divinities of Ancient Divine Demons there. I wonder if that is true or not...”


    After talking in circles for a while, Yang Ling revealed the purpose for his visit, prepared to pry information out of the Great ck-horned Demon.


    Skyreach Tower?


    The Great ck-horned Demon trembled, having a thought, as she looked at Yang Ling’s unique ck eyes and Asianplexion. The images of the tragic battle back then once again surfaced in her heart. The unparalleled figures etched deep within her soul once again appeared.


    “Ancient Wizards, you... You people have returned?” Seeing the Chinese-looking Yang Ling, the Great ck-horned Demon had an epiphany. She finally realized his identity, as well as why she could not charge out of this sinister underground jail, no matter how hard she tried. The feeling ofplete helplessness gripped her heart!


    A person who has never witnessed the abilities of an Ancient Wizard will never be able to imagine just how powerful they were!


    Back then, because of the pressure from the Creator, Natalie and the leader of the Abyssal Demons had no choice but to head to the Graveyard of the Deities and Demons from the Abyssal Dimension, joining forces with the many Divine Demons in attacking the Ancient Wizards on the Arc and engaging in a tragic battle with their followers. Even though they had only fought in the outer perimeter of the battlefield, the Great ck-horned Demon Natalie could still feel her scalp crawl when she remembered the talents the Ancient Wizards had at that time!


    Gods fell and were exterminated in droves!


    Back then, if not for the fact that they had only done battle in the outer periphery, as well as getting an elder who was on close terms with the father of the leader of the Abyssal Demons to spare their lives, how could she and the leader of the Abyssal Demons have been so lucky as to survive?
