    “I hope you''re only going there for work.” Evander''s words had different meanings. “Mr. Quinn, I believe


    you''re a smart man.”


    Joel could feel the threat behind his words. His lips slightly curved upward, and he smirked.


    He tightened his grip on liis suitcase and turned to walk into the boarding hall alone.


    Angeline looked at liis retreating figure, and her eyes were filled with worry. She elbowed Evander


    before saying, “Hey, what did you talk about with Joel at the hospital? Why did he suddenly hit you?”


    Evander looked at her and answered cidly, “Why should I tell you?”


    He took Angeline''s suitcase from her and brushed past her.
