    “Angel, be gentle.”


    Floretta pouted her lips and looked aggrieved.


    “What happened? Are you injured?”


    Angeline observed her carefully and frowned. Before either said anything, Angeline pulled up Floretta’s


    sleeve.

    “What’s going on? Did you have a fight with your ssmates?”

    “When you saw her just now, what did she tell you?”


    “Angel brought me to KFC, and she told me she woulde to the parent-teacher conference for me.”

    “Daddy, you haven’t invited Angel to our house for quite some time. Will you being for the parent-


    teacher conference too?”
