    The female staff immediately quieted down and greeted her. The next moment, they all held out the


    lipsticks Jacob had given them as if they were some precious treasure enthusiastically.


    “Thank you, Ms. Sorelle. Jacob gave us these lipsticks. We’re ted!”


    Angeline raised a brow upon hearing that. She looked at Jacob, feeling a little helpless about what he


    had done.


    “Jacob, you’d better not spoil my staff and raise their bar of expectations too high.”


    Gentleness filled Jacob’s captivating eyes as he smiled cheerfully in Angeline’s direction.


    “You came right on time, Angie. Of course, I’ve prepared something for you too.”


    Jacob rummaged through his assistant’s bag and took out a heart-shaped lipstick gift set before


    presenting it to Angeline.

    The two people who had just entered the broadcast studio were Quentin Easmon and Elsa Zahn, the


    male and female supporting actors of The Journey. They were newbie actors who were still studying in

    Angeline was not close with them, as she was usually busy with filming. Besides interacting with them


    on set, she had never had a meal with them before.

    Angeline was rendered speechless.


    This is indeed Evander’s way of doing things. No wonder he agreed so readily when I asked him if I


    could invite Jacob when we were overseas.


    Angeline assumed that he had gotten over it somehow, but it turned out that he had made


    arrangements in secret.


    He had invited the other actors from The Journey to further boost the hype and lessen her interactions


    with Jacob.

    The co-host quickly said, “Ladies and gentlemen, please don’t send us gifts. We don’t need gifts for this


    live stream. Jacob hopes you can save your money for yourselves.”


    Even though she had made it clear, the situation in the live stream was still quite chaotic.


    Jacob had to step in to keep the fans under control. The corners of his eyes lifted as he smiled
