    If you gave Soo-ahs 100% buff to a person who could run 100 meters in 20 seconds then it would be 10 seconds.


    But if this person ran faster by 10% then the time would be 18 seconds and if the 100% buff was given then it would be 9 seconds. In other words, it became 120%.


    So basically Soo-ahs defense stat buff was at 120% right now. It was calcted differently since the nature of the buffs were different but putting it like this it became more confusing.
