    Reba sighed in relief. After that, they began discussing the important points they needed to agree on for their contract marriage, finishing an hourter just as Lily cried out on the baby monitor.

    “Um, I’m a bit confused about how to tell Ang that we’re getting married. I mean, we’ve only known each other for a few days, wouldn’t that sound suspicious?” Reba mumbled, looking puzzled.


    “I don’t think my mom will care about that, she’ll be happy to hear this good news but let me be the one to tell her, or you know what? Let’s go see her and tell her together,” Scan said, closing hisptop and leading Reba towards Ang’s room in the front corner of therge mansion.


    “How many maids work here?” Reba asked when she saw Erin giving instructions to three other maids.


    “Four people, they’ve been here for a long time,” Sean replied.


    “Sean, wait, Reba suddenly stopped, startling Sean. “What happened?”


    Reba took a long breath. “Um, after we get married, is it okay if we stay in New York for good? I mean, Ang is alone and her condition-

    Reba widened her eyes in surprise, ncing at Sean and seeing him equally surprised. There was an awkward silence for ten seconds before Sean finally cleared his throat loudly, drawing Ang and Reba’s attention towards him.
