The stands of the arena were packed with spectators, both students and visitors who came from all over the city. Even with such arge number of people, there was still a silence that hung over that entire group. Even with the excited announcement of the duel, the entire audience remained silent.
The reason was unique, Ethan''s aura was paralyzing everyone watching. Torek and the other anchor were a little uneasy as well, but practically the entiremon audience was truly ufortable.
Ethan was walking towards the center of the arena, there were fourrge concrete walkways that were supported by gigantic pirs. You could see the water from thegoon below the bridges. His footsteps echoed through the silent arena, making the sound of his wooden soles.
He had blue hair andpletely white eyes, an extremely distinct color from his sister. Around him was a kind of blue energy, which he had been channeling from the first moment he entered the arena.
The mood in the audience was restored when the presence of Ryan''s demonic energy weakened the strength of Ethan''s aura. With each step he took, the gigantic rifle on his back made a metal sound in the same rhythm as his walk. Comments were pouring in from one side of the bleachers to the other, some excited and some confused by what was happening.

The shot was fired and the duel began.
"Good luck, kid" Hao said, watching from the chairs in the vip area. Ellen and Lyza were standing together, close to the main, "How long do you think this duel willst?" the redhead said, with a smile on her face. The botany teacher shook her head "Ara - I don''t know" she replied. Lyza was visibly cheerful, with a frantic look on her face as she watched the two "My little Ryan is going to destroy him in less than ten minutes".
"Ara - Bet it" Ellen replied,ughing a little.
With a quick shot, Ryanunched the first attack. The rifle used some of his mana, releasing an extremely urate mana shot, which proved to be a problem. ''A little to the right'' he thought, as he manipted the trajectory of the mana bullet.
''Right here'' he concluded and the shot hit the top of Ethan''s foot, who looked down startled. "Huh that''s for sure a bleeder" he said as he began to smile. Raising both hands, that blue haired boy began to control the blood that was flowing from under his feet. A red puddle appeared, and within seconds, his entire foot was covered with ayer of a red and ck material.
Putting his hands together, Ethan made the water begin to move as he wanted it to. Several tentacles and spines of water appeared around the walkway that connected the two. "I heard some rumors about you and my sister" he said, staring into Ryan''s eyes. "You don''t deserve a girl like her" he concluded, closing his fists and throwing all the spines forward.
"You''re a weirdo dude, chill out" Ryan replied, as he positioned his rifle. Within seconds, he destroyed fifteen of those thorns that wereing forward, one after another, he went on sting the attacks, evaporating the water. ''That''s not so effective'' he said to himself, as he looked down at his rifle.
''That was a gift from Lyza... But it''s not really fitting with my fighting style...'' he thought, annoyed.

''Can you save it for me?'' he said, as he put the rifle aside. Nyx emerged in ghost form and lifted the rifle, as she pushed it into Ryan''s backpack.

Raising his sword, Ryan activated Judgement of the Sun, channeling all of his mana into a sphere of light just above the long golden sword he was carrying. The intensity of the light was strong, and in the same instant, some of the water began to bubble with heat.
Ethan opened his mouth; he was grinning bloodily. He had torn his tongue open with his teeth, thus managing to release some of the blood with his saliva. Spitting forward, he created a magical circle of blood.
The blood extended into the air, bing aplex system of magic. The spell then began to glow, and the water around the two of them began to sway like a storm on a distant sea. Waves began to rise, as the water shimmered with the intensity of Ethan''s magic.
In a sudden moment, all the water stopped, and with a motion of his hands, Ethan lifted the waves and hurled them at Ryan. "Hahahahaha" the blue haired boy wasughing non-stop, terrifying the audience who watched that bloody grin with a confused look on their faces.
Near the row of teachers, La Winter was watching that confrontation attentively. "How can my brother be so shameful?" she said loudly, catching Lyza''s attention. "Don''t worry about it, maybe catching some will make him better" the redhead said.
Ryan split the sun he had created, and with a flick of his sword, heunched several spheres of light toward Ethan, who was thrown out of the arena. His attack had been effective, but he was unable to dodge the water in time, being submerged on top of the bridge.

Ryan''s body began to burn, he was using his zing Aura skill, causing his clothes to dry and the water around his body to evaporate. ''I''ll save Lyza''s skill for another time...'' He concluded, as he moved forward across the wet floor of the bridge. Looking down, he was searching for his opponent.
A twenty-second counter appeared on top of the arena.
