In the middle of a classroom one could see a single young man sitting on his chair , listening to the teacher . With his ordinary black hair and his asian features , nothing on him was special . Only that his body was a little bit chubby .


    That Youth is called Mike , an ordinary teenager at the age of 17 . Like any other youth he dreamed of fantastic adventures and amazing discovery . But life is harsh and his expectations never got fullfilled .


    As the lesson continued a loud snoring sound ringed through the classroom . A boy at the front seat slept comfortable with a big grin .


    However the teacher ignored the snoring and continued his lesson .


    Some Girls behind him giggled .


    "Hey , he''s so cute isn''t he ?" whispered a female voice . "Do you think he got a girlfriend ?"


    "Give it up , his parents are awakeners as well . He''s probably some kind of higher ups even in the Society ring of Awakeners ." whispered the other one .


    "Wow , you know so much . Did you wanted to pursue him as well ?" wondered the girl .


    "Who wouldn''t want to be his girlfriend ? I heard he''s a strong warrior and even his parents are awakeners . So he should be really rich !" replied the other one in a little louder voice . "Not only that , combining that with his looks he should got a beautiful chick ."


    Mike listened to the discussion in a menacholic way . He too hoped to be an awakener . However he never awakened . Secondly he''s an orphan raised by the government , so there''s no way for him to have enough money to be a pseudo awakener by buying skill books and stat boosts .


    Thinking about the awakeners , the school bell indicated the end of the lesson . The young man at the front seat slowly stood up . A man dressed in a black suit opened the classroom door before saying : "Young Master , it''s time to go home ."


    "Come on Sebas . Why do i even have to go to school ? Can''t i just grind dungeons like the rest of the awakeners ? Some people i raid with didn''t went to school the moment they awakened !" nagged the young man with an annoyed voice .A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.


    "Your mother wants you to have a good education before you turn into a hacking idiot ." replied the butler Sebas in an neutral voice .


    After that small dispute the young man compromised with the butler and they went home .


    The class watched the fight between the young man and the butler with different expressions . Some showed clear envy , other showed a face of admire but the majority looked at the comedy action with a boring expression . Mike was one of them .


    As Mike walked home he though about his future . It looked bleak .


    "I probably would have to go to University A to get to know some people who have connection to awakeners . But i don''t have the necessary qualifications for it ." pondered Mike .


    "However i don''t even have to get to know a real awakener . I only need to get under a good guild to get some stats . It doesn''t even have to be a famous guild . Third or fourth class guild would satisfy my needs ." continued Mike his thoughts .


    "But who would take me ? I''m not a beauty , neither are my fighting skills so amazing . My basis stats are probably under the average . So why would they give me some stats ? I will end up like a servant fo them . It would be better to get a real job ." reflected Mike with some more thinking .


    With all these thoughts Mike stepped into his apartment . An empty silence greeted him within the apartment .


    Sighing Mike lied on the Bed . He glanced at the apartment . A Bed , a wardrobe , a desk with a chair and two small rooms , one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom .


    "Seems like this is everything i will get from the government ." said Mike in a loud tone .


    His Parents died a few years ago , leaving him and his sisters with nothing . Though Mike didn''t expected anything it happened too fast . They just went out to buy some grocery and died .


    Nowadays his sisters lived apart from him as they accepted a job in a guild . Naturally not in the combat apartment and neither where they could meet all those famous awakeners . Instead it was a normal secretary job , filled with paper work and chatty female co-workers .


    Rubbing his eyes Mike organized his day .


    "First of all i will see on the official news page if anything interesting happened . After that i will watch the videos about the rising rookies and probably the stream as well . Then i will buy me something to eat , pizza sounds nice . After that i should go to the government building next to my apartment . I need to report that i will continue my school career , rather than trying out something on my own ." thought Mike .


    Standing up he stretched and thought "Let''s go !" .


    Though a sudden window stopped his entire process .
