I sigh. It''s been almost 24 hours since the operation, and I still haven''t been able to test my potential powers! Then again, things have taken a turn for the worst. Basically, this is my life the past week or so:

    then the whole thing over again. Peter says we''re going to Alaska. That''s a long way away from here. He hasn''t told me anything else, and won''t let anything leak about his betrayal. Well, at least Darcy doesn''t know.
