Chapter 91: The Final Trick
On the realm of the gods, everyone witnessed what the new chosen human of the major deities have aplished. Or rather, what that same human is currently creating.
"Oh?" Was all that Nisha could say, interested in the current act of the human. She swirled a liquid on her wine ss which looked a lot like the night sky.
Her counterpart, however, is nowhere near satisfied. In fact, the only word that could describe Sinir''s current state is furry. She didn''t like the fact that, a mere human imitated the genesis of creation itself.
Chrono on the other hand couldn''t help butugh from the sight. The god of time continued floating around with his hands on his stomach. ''I knew you''d be someone fun.'' Was all that the god of time could say, entertained with Zeke Elwood.
Meanwhile, within his own realm, Pier alsoughed because he knows what will soon happen to Zeke. The human will receive the scorn of many minor gods. If there is one thing that the god of mischief knows, its that the minor gods do not want any mortal entity that could rival them. Meaning, after the fight, Zeke will have things to worry about other than Mythos.
"That''s a bad move mortal." Pier said in a malicious wide grin.
Down on the human realm, Zeke''s skill continued eating up everything on its path. The skill now turned into a giant orb with orbiting rocks and debris''. Lightning surrounded the massive ck hole and, within all of this is Gallio. The skill didn''tst for much longer. Without any mana being fed to it, the skill naturally ended on its own little by little. The ck hole shrank until, it vanishedpletely.
"You can''t possibly survive a ck hole, right?" Zeke came closer to the scene. Without any shadows to dive to, Zeke used [sh Step] to get nearer.
This time, there is nothing left. Not even Gallio''s bones nor any drop of his blood could be seen. Everything got eaten up by the skillbination. But, the human still couldn''t rest easy until the quest rewardes. And it did, a few seconds after.

Even with the rewards for the main quest, something still didn''t feel right to Zeke. Then, he remembered how thest use of his contract with Gallio is yet to ur.
"What''s the meaning of all this?" Zeke said to himself. A question asked a second toote. Because now, Zeke has a crimson red spear piercing through his chest.
A lot of confusion covers the current situation. And to clear everything out, we must look at the perspective of the culprit who continued slithering through his enemies until this very moment.

Standing next to the sleeping Sylvia, de continuedughing as he saw the sorry state of the human. His hair is now white while, his skin is of an almost red color. Beside him is a vial which contained Gallio''s blood seconds ago. de drank it even before the skill of Zeke ended. Through the vial, Gallio can transfer bodies once again and, the process was excruciating for de who did his best to im control.
"Good work my descendant." Gallio said as he slowly took the body from the elf.
"Thanks." de said as he took a vial hidden in his coat one which he personally made for the moment.
"Now go and join the dead." He continued, chugging down the liquid. There was a lot of screaming and thrashing around that followed. Until, finally, the one who came on top was de. His features changed greatly, coupled with him inheriting all the attributes and skills of Gallio. But other than this, the elf retained his personality. Killing Gallio through the vial which poisons the part of Gallio''s blood which contains the king''s body takeover.
This event soon followed the ending of Zeke''s skill. Ultimately leading to two things. One is the sessful fulfillment of Zeke''s main quest but, as for the contract, it had no way of being aplished. Especially now that it doesn''t register de since, what he just performed changed who he is entirely.
"Let''s clean things up before he notices." de continued, bringing out the crimson spear out of thin air.
"Homing, Presence Vanish, Teleportation, Added Pierce." de activated all these skills at once and, threw the spear which immediately disappeared from his hand and, reappeared sticking through Zeke''s chest. Leading us to the present moment.
The spear caught Zeke by surprise. There was no presence, no warning, no sound, no mana, no pointer on the [Minimap]. Nothing warned him of the projectileing and, what surprised him more are the things that came with it.
[Information: All skills are momentarily disabled.]
[Information: Regeneration has been disabled.]
[Information: Every other defensive and restorative skill has been disabled.]
[Information: You are paralyzed by the Crimson Spear.]
[Information: The weapon forces you to register pain.]
"Come on, you gotta figure out that it''s me." de said out loud as he watched the scene from the safety of Gallio''s hiddenboratory.
The elf nned two things, the killing of all the Leonis members and, the death of Gallio. With how rushed the pacing has been, Zeke had no way to think of every factor involved. In fact, it must be remembered that, in his timeline, only 6 days have passed. And, the human did not expect to have such a chaotic entrance back to Mythos.
If the gods did not interfere, things would definitely have worked out for him. Part of what he couldn''t properly think and n about is the real goal of de. And now, he is paying the price for the tampering of the gods toward his original goal.
"How?" Zeke said, looking at what just happened to him. There is nobody on the battlefield but, it didn''t take Zeke that long to figure out the culprit to the attack.
"GLADE!" He shouted through themunication channel. The human thought that he would be safe from the elf''s clutches because of the uses added to the contract. With the elf even adding that it needs to be Zeke who''d finish off the king, he thought even more of how the elf would safely watch in the sidelines throughout the fight.
Bu he wasn''t aware of the contract being void once one side of the party dies. de did seconds ago with the blood of Gallio, he has been sessfully reborn into a new Blood Elf.
"Ohh this is just golden." de said merrily. He then took out two ordinary spears and ce the same set of skills to it. Then, he released them from his hands. One hit Zeke''s leg while, the other pierced through his shoulder de. With the crimson spear activating all his pain receptors, Zeke screamed in agony.
"What did you do!" Zeke said again, feeling death slowly crawl over his skin. He is in pain of course but, this didn''t stop the gamer from trying to find a way out of the situation.
"Isn''t it obvious? I double-crossed you...idiot." de continued.
[Notification: Crimson spear''s final effect is now starting. You will die after five minutes.]
Even if his skills stopped working, Zeke''s [System Features] are still in effect. But there is no way he could benefit from things like these. Especially with the deadlock he is ced in.
"You''re about to die but, I won''t let it end that peacefully."
Another spear came out. This time, it hit the other leg of Zeke, forcing the human to drop to his knees. Then another came, piercing through his throat. Running out of breath, the human still refused to surrender.
With every ounce of energy he has left, Zeke ced all his equipment back to his inventory. He also collected all the loot left from his fight with Gallio through conjuring [Winged Monkeys]. Conjuring is a system feature and hence, it cannot be disabled by the [Crimson Spear''s] effects.
"I have no idea what you''re trying to pull. But let me tell you this." de began, using another spear to hit Zeke''s left hand and, this pulled the human to the ground. Then, one more followed, targeting Zeke''s lower spine.
"That body of yours will soon be mine. I''ll tear it apart and use every fiber and muscle of your corpse in order to strengthen me even more." de continued. With his windpipe and vocal chords all destroyed, Zeke couldn''t speak anymore, let alone breath. His vision began getting hazy and, the cold embrace of death crept up to him.
"Elysium will be formed anew. I''ll finish the war Gallio began and, im everything for myself!" de said, sounding more and more like Gallio. There wasn''t any resistance at all and, Gallio watched the human''s life slowly end.
With the power of Gallio imed as his own, de now stands on top of any mortal in Mythos. The only thingcking with Gallio is the wit and calm possessed by his descendant. With de taking control, the power cultivated by Gallio will finally be optimized to their full potential.
"You were too focused on the small details my dear ancestor." de said to himself as he held thest spear on his hand. Zeke is still helplessly on the ground, with a pool of blood bathing him.
"This body of yours. I''ll make sure that not even the gods can''t destroy it." With this said, de threw the final spear causing the death of the gamer - Zeke Elwood
