I was born [Redacted] years ago to a couple of low-ranking nobles in the Merua Kingdom. I grew up rather peacefully with


    my parents and my two older siblings. At a young age I started taking interest in magic, the power to re-write the laws


    of the world, and other worlds created by the Ancient Ones. I realize I am getting somewhat side-tracked here, so let us


    return to my tale.


    I first encountered magic at the age of 5 when my sister cast a weak fire spell on her finger as a way of bragging. Even though the flame was only comparable to a candle, it was the most amazing thing I had seen. I immediately tried to start learning magic myself, but the only thing I was taught was the potential danger. Instead of giving up however, I would sneak into our library at night and read every book I could find regarding the arcane. After about a week, I could replicate the same spell my sister had shown me.     Over the years I learnt more and more magic, as well as other things such as history, geography and, for reasons my young mind could not comprehend, politics. Overall, my childhood was nice and peaceful. Until that incident 3 years later.
