Day 1- Evening


    I woke up this morning in a desert. I don’t know who I am or how I got here, just that I’m all alone. I was half-buried in sand, so I must have been there for some time. I have nothing but the clothes on my back, a half-empty canteen of water and, strangely enough, this journal and a pen. I don’t have any food, but I’ll run out of water long before I starve. I’m writing in this journal so, maybe, when I’m dead, someone will read it and know I existed. I’ve only been conscious for a few hours but I’m already feeling like my sanity is slipping away. I’m so lonely out here, with nothing but the sand dunes to keep me company.
