    “Since you referred to me as your wife, that means I’m also Mrs. Langford of the Langford family. Why do


    you feel the need to interrogate me? All I did was take a walk around the grounds. You make me sound


    like I’m a thief.”


    The sight of Tina looking irritated dispelled the suspicions that had been bothering Samuel. She even
