Introduction: In the year of 2174, after dozens of failed experiments, 'true' virtual reality was created through unknown means. StarShard, the company responsible for inventing this VR technology called Reality/Shards, StarShard, created several virtual reality games - the most successful being Avalon, Realm of Adventure. It thrived for several years, attracting players throughout the globe, but what has a beginning, has an end. After the headquarters of StarShard were destroyed in a tsunami, all of its online players found themselves unable to leave. Is there a way for those trapped in the Realm to escape? And if so, is it really worth returning to such a cruel world?(Kind of cliche, I know, but it's not meant to be completely original, but entertaining.
