Knows and has mastered all standard and complex techniques and spells known.     A [+ or -]- ASTOUNDING - Generally at the level of top Order of the Phoenix and Death Eater members. The best around. Knows and has mastered near to all standard and complex spells. Knows a lot of extreme spells.


    B [+ or -]- BOASTFUL - Generally a Hogwarts graduated, young to middle-aged wizard capable of more than most. Knows and has mastered all standard and many complex spells. Dabbles in certain extreme spells
