Chapter 1050: Completely Ignorant

Feng Yunsheng shook her head and replied, “I don’t know. Mother has been insane for as long as I can remember. I only gathered a little information from listening to her crazy rants before I came searching for you.”
Feng Yunsheng had only seen her mother at the time she started to form memories. She had been deranged then too, holding her and shouting for Dai’er. She was frightened by that woman. It was only muchter that she realized that woman was her mother.
“What about my father?” Feng Tian asked anxiously. Mother was always insane, so what happened to Father?
Feng Yunsheng shook her head again and felt bad as she answered, “I did not see him. The Empress Dowager did not tell me about him.”
“The Empress Dowager?” Feng Tian looked at her quizzically. How many mothers did Feng Yunsheng have?
Feng Yunsheng nodded in reply. “She is Tianfeng Nation’s former empress. She is already dead. But the current empress is my Imperial Sister. I knew how toe here because my Imperial Sister told me.”
When Feng Yunsheng was young, she was able to see her mother thanks to her Imperial Sister’s credit. Otherwise, she would not have been able to see her mother, much less find out that she had another biological sister.
“...” Feng Tian was still mystified about what she heard. But regardless, Feng Yunsheng could still be considered a guide to Tianfeng Nation. She asked, “So, how do we get to Tianfeng Nation?”
“Huh?” Feng Yunsheng stared nkly and thought for a while before saying, “I came out of the Forest of Death. As for going back...there doesn’t seem to be a way to return. I don’t know how to get back.”
“...” Feng Tian stared at Feng Yunsheng’s nk and innocent face. Suddenly she could not help but think that perhaps the Tianfeng Nation Empress had a different purpose for getting Feng Yunsheng to leave Tianfeng Nation.
Feng Yunsheng, who was so ignorant of the viciousness in the human world, looked like she could easily be deceived with a nce.
Feng Yunsheng looked at Feng Tian uneasily and said, “My Imperial Sister did not tell me how to go back. And as the Lady Phoenix of the new generation, I had fled Tianfeng Nation in secret and will be punished. I dare not return now.”
She had only thought about how to get out at the time. She had not asked for many things. Her Imperial Sister certainly did not think so much.
Feng Tian stared at such a simr face in front of her, putting on that innocent expression. It gave her a headache. It was really too out of character.
“What’s so special about Lady Phoenix?” Feng Tian asked. Her previous impression of Lady Phoenix was that she was a princess in Tianfeng Nation. But now it appeared that was not the case anymore.
Feng Yunsheng shook her head yet again and said, “I don’t know, but it seems that a Lady Phoenix has a man chosen for her to marry since young.” She also was not supposed to leave Tianfeng Nation and had to abide by some rules. In short, it was a very troublesome role.
Feng Tian was struck speechless by such apletely ignorant person. She was so innocent and yet dared to venture out alone. If Su Jingfeng had not been by her side, how many times would she have been duped?
“Big Sister, what I said is true. I have not lied to you. I came this time because I wanted to take you back to see Mother because she misses you very much,” Feng Yunsheng hurriedly exined, one look at Feng Tian’s furrowed brows, afraid that she would not believe her.
“But you don’t know how to get back. How are you going to take me to see her?” Feng Tian looked up and asked.
Feng Yunsheng uttered an ‘uh’ sound and then stared at her feet. She had not thought that far. She only thought that it was incredibly good she was able to leave Tianfeng Nation already.
When Su Jingfeng saw her dumbfounded like this, he immediately felt sorry for her. He defended Feng Yunsheng and tried to be fierce toward Feng Tian as he looked up. However, as soon as he saw that face and those eyes again, he could not utter those scalding words. He could only force himself to hold back and gave a cold snort.
Why did she have to resemble Yun’er so much? Not to mention, this caused him to be misunderstood and it also made Sheng’er unhappy. He wanted to be harsh towards her but could not do so.
