Shen Yunya clenched her fist. A murderous intent shed across her eyes and quickly disappeared All that was left was a worried expression on her face. Tu Xiupei was just a pawn who would die sooner orter, there was no need to waste time being infuriated about her.

Feng Tian helped Si Mobai sit down, and was about to turn around when he pulled her into his arms instead. “Lan’er, stay with me.”
“I want to get a cup of water for you.”
Si Mobai pulled her directly onto the bed, held her in his arms, and rested his chin on her head. “Stay with your husband for a nap.” Somehow things did not feel real. Only when he hugged her did he know with certainty that she existed and that she was his.
Before Feng Tian could reply, she heard his steady breathing, which revealed how tired he truly was. His body and his spiritual force had not fully recovered from the fight with Xi Jin today. His body had suffered great damage from the fight.
This time, Mobai was showing signs of being possessed by the devil. If she had not stopped the fight in time, there would have been dire consequences.
Feng Tian frowned as she thought of how Si Mobai and Xi Jin started fighting without a proper reason. She wanted to figure out the cause but as soon as she moved a little, Si Mobai’s arms tightened around her so that she could not move away.
In a simr fashion, Feng Tian tried and failed to move twice before she gave up and decided to rest in his embrace. It was not long before she fell asleep.
When she woke up, she was surrounded by darkness. The beams of moonlight shining into the room were the only source of brightness. It was already nightfall.
Feng Tian moved her body and found that the arms around her were no longer holding on tightly. She gently called out, “Mobai.”
When she did not receive a response, she called him twice more. However, she only heard his steady breathing and did not receive any reply.
Feng Tian frowned as she carefully pushed away his hands and sat up to check his body. Spiritual forces were flowing haphazardly through his body, his veins were damaged and his Cinnabar Field was cracked.
After giving Si Mobai five Quick Healing Pills and another Spirit Stabilizing Pill to slow the wandering spiritual force ravaging his body, Feng Tian went to get water to wipe off the perspiration on his face. When her hands touched the vermillion zhusha situated between his eyebrows, her hands froze. She frowned. For some reason, she felt something strange about this red spot, a feeling which was very familiar somehow.
In order to identify this feeling, she ced her fingertip gently on the vermillion zhusha again. Perhaps it was because he had tried to forcefully break the seal, the red dot had be slightly raised, and one could see small capiries in it.
With her fingers gently caressing the red dot, Feng Tian felt a stream of warmth flowed through her fingertip towards the bottom of her heart. In the depths of her mind, something was breaking apart.
It was as if his zhusha was calling out to her, trying to tell her something.
Just when she was about to retract her hands, she felt a piercing pain in her head as if her mind was being brutally torn apart by someone. Following this, her eyes grew heavy and she fell on top of Si Mobai into a deep slumber.

Dreand.
An enormous ind hovered in mid-air and misty clouds surrounded it. The ce seemed like a paradise in a sea of clouds, beautiful beyond words.
This was what Feng Tian saw when she opened her eyes. A magnificent and sacred pce towered above her, and on its two sides, brightly-colored peonies bloomed. The guards stood upright and still at their posts. They did not even bat an eyelid when she appeared, almost as if they had not seen her.
The long staircase before her led straight up to the pce gate. She raised her head to look and saw ady in a bright-red pce dress standing at the top of the stairs. Her skirt swirled in the wind and she exuded an air of confidence. Even though her face could not be seen, she emitted the aura of a powerful leader.
