Chapter 446: Feng Tian’s Life Is On The Line
“Tian!”
An ear-piercing shout yanked Feng Tian out of her thoughts. She looked up at Luo Yunzhu nkly. “What’s wrong?”
“You are thinking hard again. What are you thinking about?” Luo Yunzhu frowned at Feng Tian worriedly. She had been spacing out several times now, throughout their voyage out to sea.
Feng Tian looked ahead at the endless ocean. Under the shrouds of cloud cover, a huge ship could be seen approaching them. “I am just thinking about why a great event like weing the Supremacy was entrusted to you all.”
At that very moment, they were in the middle of the sea. After reading through the letter, Qi Hongan chose more than ten disciples to estimate the time of the Supremacy’s arrival and had them travel off the ind to wee the Supremacy to the Guiyuan Continent. Among these disciples, Yunzhu, Chuling, and Zhang Tiancheng were selected.
Weing the Supremacy was an extremely honorable task that was usually impossible for Yunzhu and the others to carry out because they were treated as thorns in the headmaster’s flesh. Therefore, for the sake of Yunzhu and the others’ safety, she had tagged along. But Qi Hongan did not object to her going either.
“Stop thinking about it. The Supremacy will be here in a few days. After we wee them, we will be heading back straight away. I don’t think they will try anything funny along the way. ” Feng Tian nodded her head and made a sound of agreement, but inside, she felt a wave of uneasiness that refused to quail no matter what.
“Hey Tian, isn’t that ship going a bit too fast?” Luo Yunzhu asked, and pointed at the huge ship had been shrouded by the distant clouds. It was approaching them quickly.
Feng Tian squinted her eyes and examined the ship which was suddenly upon them. Looking at the blood-colored sail fluttering in the air, her pupils dted in agitation. “Oh no, pirates!”
As soon as she said those words, a bang could be heard. Their ship started shaking violently beneath them. Three figures jumped over the rails onto their deck immediately. In their palms, strong spiritual balls bloomed, and they unleashed these at the two of them.
Feng Tian gathered her own spiritual force in one palm and opposed the iing spiritual forces, using her other hand to pull Luo Yunzhu behind her.
Bang! The mast and sails of their ship toppled down onto the deck and into the water. The three opponents attacked them once again. One of them targeted Luo Yunzhu specifically while the other two attacked Feng Tian together. They unleashed all their murderous intent at them.
“Miss!”
“Boss!”
“Great-grandmaster!”
The others who had overhead the ruckus hurried onto the deck. They immediatelyunched an attack on the three intruders reflexively.
Swish! Swoosh!
More than ten other figures jumped from the other ship. In a sh, sh wounds appeared on the throats of the Flying Frost Pavilion’s disciples. Their blood squirted out like water fountains as they fell together and died in one blow.
The two of them turned to attack Feng Tian from the left and the right. Her chest took a blow from a spiritual ball, forcing her to take a step backward. She felt her insides churning as she vomited a mouthful of blood.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Luo Yunzhu and two other disciples were sent flying across the deck. They copsed on top of each other and coughed out mouthfuls of blood.
“You guys are not pirates, you are hitmen!”
Looking at the opponents who were circling them with furrowed brows, Feng Tian realized that the first three who arrived were at a Spiritual King level, while the rest were all Spiritual Grandmasters and above. The attackers did not say a single word or make any sort of threat. They began to attack with lethal moves as soon as they boarded their ship. This was not the style of pirates at all, but hitmen. Hitmen who had found their targets.
Feng Tian was an Advanced-stage Spiritual Grandmaster, Yunzhu, and Zhang Tiancheng were First Stage Spiritual Grandmasters while Chuling was an Advanced-stage Spiritual Master. Facing three Spiritual Kings and over ten Spiritual Grandmasters meant death for them, they had no chance of winning. She had to gamble everything and rely on her trump card.
The hitmen still remained silent. They raised their swords again and charged at Luo Yunzhu’s weak side with precision and brutality. Three Spiritual King hitmen gathered their spiritual forces together once more and attacked Feng Tian intending to kill her with their move.
“Phoenix Soaring Above Nine Skies!”
At those words, a gigantic phoenix appeared abruptly like a meteor falling from the sky...
Bang!
The two colliding spiritual forces exploded and sted the ship they were on into pieces. Luo Yunzhu and the two others fell into the water while Feng Tian teetered precariously on an extended wooden nk jutting from the deck.
“He’s going to self-destruct!” Feng Tian realized when she raised her head and saw a Spiritual King hitman wrapping himself up with swathes of thick, powerful spiritual force. He rushed at her like a destructive cannon, willing to perish together with her!
Si Mobai, who was far away on the Xuantian Continent, felt a searing pain on his forehead. His expression turned pale instantly. He stood up and disappeared in a sh. “Lan’er is in danger.”
“Woo!”
Hearing a desperate cry in the distance, Feng Tian shouted, “Xiao Qing, don’te over!”
If Xiao Qing was here, that meant Brother Jin had also arrived. This self-destructive force barreling towards her would also hurt them.
