    Chuling knew how valuable Marrow Cleansing Pills were. But the pain had been too much for her, so she’d given up, and the cleansing had failed. She had let her Miss down, wasted her good intentions, and wasted that pill, which she did not deserve.


    “No, the cleansing was very sessful! It didn’t fail. From now on, you can train and gather spirits, too.”


    Feng Tian scrambled to console Chuling, even though it was true that, actually, the cleansing wasn’t wholly sessful because Chuling’s consciousness had given up at the end. Yunzhu’s marrow cleansing had been 100% sessful, while Chuling’s was 70%, which was just about average.


    Chuling blinked, unable to believe her ears. “Rea...really?”


    Feng Tian nodded and smiled. “Rest well, first. I’ll teach you how to trainter.”


    Chuling buried her face in her hands and started crying uncontrobly. She was so happy that her marrow cleansing had been sessful because it meant that she could train and better protect her Miss now. Feng Tian didn’t know what to do with Chuling. Chuling cried very easily and was practically able to cry on demand. Even though she was so weak mentally, she’d managed to hold out for so long. She was already the strongest she could be.


    Feng Tian asked the maidservants to prepare hot water baths for the two of them. She started thinking about how they should train and how to improve their given strengths.


    “Tian!” Luo Yunzhu came running out wearing all red and interrupted her thoughts. She grabbed Feng Tian’s hands and started talking excitedly, “I TELL YOU I am so FULL of energy now. I wish I could find someone to fight! Also, also, also, I never knew that my body was SO filthy...”


    Feng Tian patiently listened to Luo Yunzhu ramble on. She mainly talked about how the marrow cleansing had flushed out all the toxins from her body so much so that the bathwater had turned murky, and herplexion had improved. Luo Yunzhu was so excited. She was like a little sparrow that couldn’t stop hopping about. She even made Tian stand up and dragged her in circles. Feng Tian couldn’t help butugh along. She continued talking. Even after Chuling had finished bathing, she was still pulling Feng Tian around in circles.


    “Yunzhu, if we keep spinning, I’m going to faint.” Feng Tian didn’t know what to do with this little girl. Her excitement was contagious, but Feng Tian was a mature heart trapped in a young girl’s body. She was no longer easily excited.


    Luo Yunzhu awkwardly let go of her hands and scratched her head clumsily. “I’m just so happy. Really happy.”


    “I’ll go back first, and you can start by getting acquainted with your new self. Then, I’lle back to teach you the Gxy Whip,” said Feng Tian with a smile.


    Luo Yunzhu nodded and smiled broadly. “Tian, once again, I feel that I’m really lucky to know you.”


    Feng Tianughed as she said goodbye to Luo Yunzhu and went back to the Feng Manor with Chuling. She was about to turn toward her room when she saw that Feng Xiang and Xu Jiayi were both standing in the courtyard. A eunuch was also present.


    “Feng Tian, quickly,e and receive the imperial edict!” Feng Xiang shouted when he spotted Feng Tian.


    Feng Tian raised an eyebrow and told Chuling to go back to the room to rest. She went over by herself.


    “First Miss of the Feng Family,” the eunuch addressed her respectfully and bowed to Feng Tian. “I havee to send you a message from the emperor.”


    When Feng Xiang saw that Feng Tian was still standing upright, he quickly shouted at her, “Don’t be so rude. Quickly bow to Eunuch De!”


    Eunuch De was important to the emperor. She was only a good-for-nothing and could not afford to offend this eunuch.


    Eunuch De threw a disdainful nce at Feng Xiang, then spoke, raising his voice, “Members of the Feng n need not bow to anybody.”
