Their arrival at vehicle bay five is announced by Mira leaking a wow upon glancing at their means of transport.


    (James) “Wait, you′re saying we′re going in that thing?”


    (Steven) “Well, not exactly this Transport Chopper will drop you off on the Landing Pad in Fuchsia City. Alibi setting is Tourists from Unova, so even if you accidentally packed a Team Rocket Jacket you can just say you′re a fan of the Unova Rockets.”


    After all, is said and done the Transport Chopper opens up in the bag so Mira can be ramped in. Alakazam follows behind her in a short delay while Jessie, James and Meowth climb in from the front door.


    (Pilot) “This is your Pilot speaking, everyone strap in and enjoy the flight. We should arrive at the target location in around two hours.”


    After the announcement, they all strap themselves in while Mira activates the Breaks and Steven straps the Wheelchair in place. After Mira is secured in the Cargo Bay he leaves while the Pilot closes the Cargo hatch and lifts off.


    While James takes the opportunity for a nap on the chopper Jessie looks at their Bankcard she notices that there is a Zero more than usual in the last transaction and quickly takes the Pad for Rocket HQ Contact.


    She presses the emergency contact button and is connected to Steve.


    (Steve) “Team 142 what′s the emergency? Did something happen with Miss Jharmind already?”


    (Jessie) “No, but our Bank account has a few more Zeroes than it′s supposed to on Payday.”


    Steven simply chuckles at Jessies Reaction.


    (Steven) “Negative, that′s not an Error. The Boss thought it would be appropriate since you′re currently guarding a VIP and she can be pretty taxing physically and mentally. Therefore the boss thought of giving a pay raise and sent the pay raise at once. From now on your pay is increased by 10 times until your guard job comes to an end. Enjoy your new funds, oh and make sure she doesn′t do anything stupid.”


    Saying that he hangs up the call and Jessie immediately shakes James awake.


    (James) “What is it Jessie, I haven′t slept since yesterday morning so I could steer the Balloon to HQ, so if it′s not something important I′m going back to sleep.”


    She looks at him with glee and happiness that basically radiates from her.


    (Jessie) “The boss sent us 6 Million Poké En on our bank account for this guard job and will increase our pay by 2.5 times until it′s over.”


    Now James also looks with a mix of astonishment and glee.


    (James) “Finally we can eat something else than canned food when we′re outside the city... wait, I just noticed another thing. We don′t have to pay the R&D Team for Mechas anymore to capture Pikachu so we can actually spend this on ourselves instead.”


    Meowth starts to droll from the thoughts of drowning in Magikarp Sushi and other delicacies, while Jessie thinks of the things she always wanted to have on her journey and helping out the Orphanage that raised her instead of her Mother. James then goes back to sleep happily and has a nice Dream about their new possibilities.


    Meanwhile, Mira sits in the Cargo Bay with Alakazam and is currently in a staring contest with it until Alakazam gets bored and starts using Meditate.


    Mira seeing this also starts taking a nap since she can′t look outside anyway because the cargo bay doesn′t have any windows.


    After an uneventful 2 hour flight of Alakazam meditating, Mira and James sleeping while the rest of Team 142 fantasizes about their new ways to spend money the Pilot suddenly opens the communications channel.


    (Pilot) “Attention Passengers we′ve just arrived at a landing Pad of Fuchsia City. Prepare yourself, we′re landing now.”


    The Transport chopper arrives on the landing Pad and is greeted by the Airport crew upon which the Pilot opens the Cargo Bay.


    (Pilot) “Everyone it′s time to leave so grab your shit and unlock the Miss′s Wheelchair from back there. If you forget anything I won′t be flying back and bringing it to you so better check that you didn′t miss anything.”


    Hearing the announcement Jessie and James grab their Bag while Meowth walks towards the Cargo Bay to unfasten Mira''s wheelchair.


    (Meowth) “So, did you like your flight here?”


    Mira looks him in the eyes with a bored expression.


    (Mira) “I′ve already flown before so that isn′t anything new and who could not enjoy the great monotone colours of this Cargo area that has no windows at all to look outwards from. So all in all, yes I had one hell of a time ha… ha… ha.”


    While Mira was being sarcastic at Meowth he already unlocked the Wheelchair.


    (Meowth) “Jeez no need to get all sarcastic on me, I was trying to be nice and make a bit of Smalltalk while I unstrap your Wheelchair since that Alakazam was always a quiet one ever since it got rescued. Speaking of which, hey, stop meditating we′ve arrived.”


    After being cat punched by Meowth Alakazam is taken out of its meditative state and lifts Mira with Psychokinesis so she doesn′t have to roll down the ramp and risk hurting her by having her fall out of the chair.


    Outside of the Chopper Jessie and James are already waiting for Mira, Meowth and Alakazam.


    (Jessie) “Well, Miss Jharmind,”


    Jessie was about to continue until she got interrupted by Mira


    (Mira) “Just call me Mira. We′re going to be travelling together from now on so no more formalities. Just be yourself and stop with the formalities, I′m not gonna bite or tell Giovanni to cut your pay.”


    (Jessie) “Fine. Mira, we′re currently in Fuchsia City which is by far the most traditional place in Kanto. Most people who want to honour traditions for catching Pokémon arrive here for the Safari Zone, or they want to enjoy the traditional Cuisine Kanto provides. From here we have a few choices of where to travel afterwards, but let′s discuss this over Lunch.”


    While Jessie talks they leave through the Airport after having their Luggage checked for banned items.


    Hearing the word Lunch Miras Stomach begins to grumble, however before she can say anything one of the Employees of the Airport looks startled at the Jacket in James Bag.


    (Employee) “Uhm, Sir this Symbol is banned in Kanto it belongs to a known Criminal Organization.”


    James looks at him shocked.


    (James) “WHAT?! Oh sorry, I seem to have accidentally packed my Fan Jacket of the ‘Unova Rockets’.”


    (Employee) “Yes that may be the case, but you still can′t go past here with this. How did you get a flight to Kanto with this anyways? ”


    James sighs as if he was annoyed by the question.


    (James) “Well in Unova we didn′t really have to do bag checks since we came here in a private Chopper our boss provided. Oh in case you were wondering, I and my Partner here are Bodyguards for our companies VIP Scientist in the Wheelchair back there.”


    Mira simply waves after being mentioned.


    (James) “She′s decided to take a Vacation and chose Kanto as her destination. We even had to leave every Pokémon that isn′t native to Kanto at home. So what can we do about the Jacket? Do I have to leave this here, or what?”


    The Employee starts talking into his Phone and closes it after about two minutes.


    (Employee) “The Chief of Staff said we will keep it here in a safe until you return back home so you won′t get into trouble because you accidentally wore it. Don′t worry, the Jacket will not come to any harm during our Safekeeping, but if it does you′re entitled to financial compensation.”


    James grumbles and takes the Jacket out of his Bag and hands it to the Airport Employee.


    (James) “Fine… but if there is as much as a scratch on it I will be furious. That′s top-level Brand Material from a quality Tailor and cost 25 thousand Poké En.”


    The employee takes it and passes it on to his co-worker.


    (Employee) “No worries Sir. We will make sure it won′t be harmed, with that we′re done with the Bag checks. Enjoy your stay in Fuchsia City.”


    After being welcomed they start moving out of the Airport with Alakazam moving the Wheelchair with Telekinesis.The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.


    (Jessie) “Okay, Mira. Since you also seem pretty hungry where should we go for lunch? We got Meat, Fish and Vegetarian Cuisine as a choice here. And then there′s the choice of going for a Traditional or a newer Restaurant around here.”


    Mira puts her hand under her chin and thinks for a bit. That pose would look pretty intellectual if it weren′t for the stomach noises that sound like a cornered Lion.


    (Mira) “Let′s just go where they serve the biggest Portions, I haven′t eaten anything in four days.”


    (James) “Then let′s go to Snorlax′s Snack Palace. Their biggest Portions are 25 Kilograms which is called Snorlax Snack size and it tastes great there as well.”


    25 Kilos of food does indeed sound very appealing. I can′t wait to get a taste.


    After deciding where to eat Lunch they head towards the Snack Palace.


    (Mira) “Oh by the way, what′s Snorlax? Is that the name of the owner or is it a chain Restaurant?”


    James tries to stifle a laugh while Jessie is snickering and Meowth is holding back his laughter in order to explain.


    (Meowth) “It′s the name of a Pokémon that eats its own bodyweight which is around 800 kilograms in food and then sleeps until its stomach gets empty again. And sorry for us laughing and trying not to laugh but a person that acts like a Snorlax would never own a Restaurant because he′d eat all the food they have in stock. Do they not have Snorlaxes on the Mainland?”


    Mira just shakes her head in disagreement.


    Well, let′s just pull something out of my ass about why I don′t know them.


    (Mira) “Nope. Must′ve died out at least a few thousand years ago there. I lived in a pretty hot environment and the lowest temperature was around 30 degrees, so slow and lazy things die of Dehydration most of the time, doesn′t matter what it is.”


    After their discussion on Snorlaxes, they arrive at the Snack Palace and are greeted by the receptionist.


    (Receptionist) “Greetings, for how many People and Pokémon do you want a table?”


    James does a small count in his head and promptly answers.


    (James) “3 People and 6 Pokémon. 2 Poison Types, one Plant/Poison Type, one Psychic Type and 2 Normal Types.”


    The Receptionist begins to check through his Monitor.


    (Receptionist) “Let′s see, there is the Munchlax Lounge with enough space, ah… but it′s not Wheelchair accessible… that one′s also out, that one too. Then there′s only the Snorlax Parlor with enough space and Wheelchair access currently available. Sorry we usually let the customer choose the ensemble, but we′re currently almost full.”


    (Mira) “No Problem. I can′t complain since my disability always severely cuts down choices and I′ve seen worse places which weren′t even accessible to me in the first place.”


    (Receptionist) “That′s good then. Just wait here for a sec. Your waiter will show you your table and bring your Menus as well as food for your Pokémon, but please only let out the Poison Types once you′re inside the room.”


    Both Jessie and James nod in understanding when a man with 3 Menus comes over and gestures them to follow him.


    Once they are seated he hands them the Menus and they start ordering their food.


    Mira simply takes the Waiters recommendation in snack size, while Jessie gets a medium rare Tauros Steak and James takes a Krabby Omelette in Medium size and Pokémon food plus Magikarp Sushi for Meowth. Once they order they release their Pokémon, which swiftly ends in Victribell trying to eat James again until he pries it off of his face.


    While they are waiting for the food to arrive they start discussing their plans for the following days.


    (Jessie) “Okay Mira, since we′re now waiting for our food to arrive, let′s discuss our plans for the following days. The first thing we should do thoughis to get you a Pokédex for the Island nations so you can know which Pokémons are native here and what defining traits they have since every Island Nation has different Native Pokémon.


    They may be a bit pricy but it′s worth it.”


    (Mira) “Sounds like a good Idea. Do they sell other Tech there as well?”


    (James) “Yeah, but only stuff like Poké balls and other Gear for adventuring like a camping stove.”


    Oh well, that′s kind of disappointing. I hoped that there was at least something high tech. Wait, they don′t necessarily have to think of it as high tech. Those Poké balls are everyday Items and it has a dimensional Storage so I can get my hopes up to find another gem like that.


    (Jessie) “Well if we′re talking about shopping for anything then I would recommend the Celadon City Shopping Mall, there′s everything from everyday Items to high-quality equipment, but let′s talk about that later, it seems the food′s arriving.”


    Their Lunch finishes rather quietly since all of them give priority to their food. The only noticeable sound is that of eating.


    Once they are done and pay for the Meal they leave for the store selling a Pokédex.


    (Mira) “Say, how long is the journey to Celadon anyways? I′m really interested in that Mall you mentioned Jessie.”


    Jessie walks silently while doing a bit of Mental Math.


    (Jessie) “Well, if we could take a car we could arrive in about 3 hours if we drive around 100 kilometres per hour, but we don′t have a car.


    Other Options would include walking, that would take about 300 hours of only walking and that doesn′t even include luggage, sleep, exhaustion, terrain, meals and hygiene so only about maybe 3 hours a day can be spent on walking. Also, it′s a lot longer than the car choice since the fast way is a highway and we can′t really go and walk on that now can we.


    One more would be flying, but we left the Hot Air Balloon in the base and Fuchsia has the only Airport in Kanto, so that one′s out,so the first two are our only options.”


    Hmm, why is a car such a big Problem? Wait…


    (Mira) “Let me guess, no car would allow me to still sit in my Wheelchair right?”


    Jessie just nods. Well damn, there goes my hope for a quick way to get there.


    (Jessie) “No, wait I forgot one. There′s a small Harbor where we can take off towards Vermillion City that′d take us around 9 hours plus around 21 hours of walking afterwards.”


    Damn, I really hoped they had Jeeps but I guess we should take the Boat then.


    (Mira) “Let′s take the boat then. Oh, by the way, is that Blue Building the store you talked about?”


    (James) “Good Observation Mira. Yes, that′s indeed the store we were coming here for.”


    Once they enter the store they walk towards an isle titled ‘Local Dex’ and both Jessie and James look through some of the Models and pick out 3 different types.


    (James) “Okay Mira, we′ve brought over the most convenient types of Pokédexes they have here. There′s the Watch Type Dex that is basically a Wristwatch replacement.


    The Classic Dex that′s about the size of a small Tabloid or big Mobile Phone which gives you the info in text form in as a bonus.


    And finally, the Holo Type Dex that gives you a holographic Image of the Pokémon in addition to the traits it has.


    All three come equipped with a Speaker that give you the most defining Traits of Pokémon here since we can only get a Kanto Dex from here.


    If you buy an Upgrade in another Region you can get what′s called a National Dex which saves all Pokémon in regards to the Regions you unlocked with that.”


    Mira sinks deep into thought for this choice.


    Let′s see, the Holo Type would be the best shot for Technology, but I will probably destroy it to get its secrets so that′s currently out.


    That Classic version doesn′t look like much, but I bet I can get it open and put it back together again before anyone notices.


    The Watch Type seems to be the most convenient in terms of travel since they obviously evolved Technology into a Monster Taming society and that means cars got the short end here it seems. Well except family cars and Trucks, but I′m not sitting in another Cargo Bay that′s just degrading.


    Wait… what was I thinking of again? Oh right, the Watch! Well since a lot of the people here walk everywhere and don′t want to cram it out of their bag every time, so the watch type seems to be pretty popular.


    (Mira) “I guess I′m going to go with the Classic Type. The Holo Type looks a bit too expensive and I don′t know if I could hold myself back and look at its insides. And the watch will just annoy me when I′m building things and if you didn′t notice I mostly forget stuff that I put on which could fry its circuits. Speaking of which, where is Meowth?”


    James and Jessie both don′t seem to care much that their talking companion simply went somewhere else without saying anything.


    (James) “Well, he does that sometimes. He often visits other Meowths in Back Alleys and teaches them how to survive better. You see before he learned to talk he was also from the Back Alleys and knows what they go through. He probably saw a group of ′em run in an Alleyway.”


    Wow. Never considered something like him to be from a Back Alley. He seemed pretty well Mannered and knowledgeable. But I guess everyone can change. Except maybe Jacko, that Scum sucking cuntbag. Guys like him never change.


    (Mira) “Well enough sidetracking. Let′s get the Classic Dex and get some Poké balls as well, you never know and then let′s get our boat ride to Vermillion City.”


    Buying the Classic Pokédex and 10 Poké balls each they leave the store after paying 106.000 Poké En and then leave towards the Harbor.


    Well, I guess Databases are more expensive than such things since no one would like to part with Info on new Pokémon I guess. Well, that and the fact that it′s basically a small computer with an upgrade function for new entries. It even Tracks what you′ve caught in case you want to collect all of them.


    Once they are about halfway to the Harbor Meowth joins them again and jumps onto Miras Lap.


    (Meowth) “Sorry for this but I′m pretty tired after all that and I don′t want to walk anymore.”


    While Meowth takes the Mira Express they walk through the City when suddenly someone bumps into James.


    (???) “Oi that hurt man, I think something′s broken.”


    Oh great, a Thug with bad acting talent. Even I can see that he′s just faking it.


    (Mira) “Oh piss off, even a Blind person can see you′re spewing bullshit and faking it.”


    The Thug clearly gets aggravated by Miras Remark and starts pointing at her.


    (Thug) “Shut up you shitty cripple. Otherwise, your legs won′t be the only thing that doesn′t work.”


    Mira clearly pissed at the Thugs attitude begins to rile him up.


    (Mira) “Oh no, please don′t hurt my acting talent by having me contract your stupidity.”


    (Thug) “THAT′S IT! I CHALLENGE YOU TO A POKéMON DUEL! 3 POKEMON VS 3 POKEMON.”


    Mira holds her hand before her mouth as if she′s troubled.


    (Mira) “That′s going to be hard. I only have 1 Pokémon right now.”


    (Thug) “Then your friends there take one Pokémon each as well.”


    Suddenly a bike with Blue and Red Lights arrive.


    (Officer Jenny) “I heard some loud screaming when I was in the area, what′s currently going on?”


    Oh, this will indeed get very fun.


    (Mira) “Greetings. Well, this dipshit over there thought it would be easy to scam my Bodyguard out of some money after crashing into him and pretending to be injured, but did such a terrible job at acting that I called him out on it. He didn′t take kindly to that and tried to threaten me with violence which met my unhinged sarcasm. Now he′s challenged us to a 3 Pokémon Duel.”


    The Thug clearly noticed the obvious provocation. He′s even clenching his fist from anger to hold back and not hit me in front of Authority.


    (Officer Jenny) “Did you agree to the Duel?”


    (Mira) “Well, not yet since I only have one Pokémon. He then said it′s fine if my Bodyguards also use one Pokémon each. So I was thinking about agreeing to put his face and acting talent in the dirt where it belongs.”


    Officer Jenny then talks into a Walkie-talkie and then nods after a while.


    (Officer Jenny) “Okay, we have secured a place where you can duke it out with a few viewers and where you won′t destroy the streets with your battle, so if you four would please follow me.”


    The four of them follow Officer Jenny with quite a few Spectators following them towards the Battle Colosseum where Trainers can take out their aggression towards other Trainers in a Battle.


    An Audience also gathered quite fast, since Pokémon Battles are always enjoyable to watch, but Gyms only allow their Members and the Challengers companions to watch.


    At the Arena, they were asked what their Jobs and names were so the Announcer could Introduce both parties. Turned out the Thug was actually a Professional Pokémon Trainer.


    (Announcer) “Greetings everyone, we have kind of a special battle today. It involves a 3 vs 1 Person Battle 3 Pokémon each, to win they must knock out all three Pokémon of their Opponent in a 1 on 1 No Swap Style Battle. The Trainers involved in this Battle are on the red Side Julian. Julian is a pretty good Trainer that already got himself 3 Badges and his experience in Type advantages definitely shows in the three Pokémon he prepared for this battle. On the Blue side, we have the Scientist Mira and her Bodyguards, Jessie and James. As you′ve already heard, none of them are Professional Pokémon Trainers but don′t let that fool you, they have a pretty strong Team on their hand as well.


    Now without further ado, let the battle begin!”
