After hearing what Belinda said, Francis thought she had a point. Still, he stared doubtfully at Oliver.

“How could that be? I don’t think Wanda would do such a thing. Are you just trying to shift the me on
her instead?” Belinda eyed Oliver suspiciously.
Oliver knew that Wanda acted like an innocent, obedient girl in front of the elders so he didn’t bother
exining any further. He simply told them, “If you don’t think it’s possible, then you can get someone
to look into it.”
Francis immediately instructed his assistant to do just that. The next day, Francis’ assistant brought the
results of the investigation to Hadfield Residence.
“Chairman Hadfield, ording to our investigations, it was indeed Wanda Muller who arranged for the
media to defame the young Mrs. Sawyer under Mr. Oliver’s name.”
Francis’ assistant reported the findings. Francis and Belinda were furious to hear this. They never
