    “Why did she take the kids away?”


    Charlie thought it did not make sense, so Cristina had to be lying!


    “How would I know?”


    She did not want to tell him!


    Charlie looked at Cristina. Previously, Cristina had been avoiding him, but now it seemed like she was


    telling the truth.


    He said to the chauffeur, “Start the car, go home.”

    The chauffeur nodded and started the engine.


    Cristina said, “I’m going home to sleep! I’m not going to your house.”


    She already told him the truth, yet he was still acting like this! She hated it.


    Charlie said, “You’re not going anywhere until I find my children.”


    Cristina was speechless.


    Charlie took out his phone and found Theresa’s number. He called… but it did not go through!


    He was blocked by Theresa? He tried to Whatsapp call her next, but it did not work as well! He was still


    doubtful of Cristina’s words earlier, but now he believed it a little.


    They went back to the Calsis residence. Cristina was brought to a room by someone. Charlie did not


    allow her to leave, so he arranged to have her stay here. Although he said to let her “stay here”, it was


    basically putting her on house arrest.


    Leticia sat in the living room, she saw Charliee in and order people to have Cristina brought


    upstairs, so she asked, “What happened? Didn’t you go pick Leonard and Ben up?”


    Charlie pursed his lips and pondered on how to tell his mother. However, Leticia figured out something


    had happened as soon as Charlie made such a small movement.


    “Did something happen to Leonard and Ben?”


    “No,” Charlie said, “Cristina said they’re with Theresa. I’m going to the Cameron family.”


    Charlie originally did not intend to visit the Cameron family again after he and Theresa divorced-he did


    not want to appear before her, and neither did he want to see her. However, now that his kids were with


    her, he had no choice!


    ‘Maybe it’s because the kids like Theresa too much, so… they followed her? Is she so kind to bring my


    kids away even after we divorced?’


    For some reason unknown to him, Charlie had a bad feeling about this.


    Leticia seemed to be thinking the same thing and said, “Aren’t the kids supposed to be with Cristina?


    Why are they taken away by Theresa? Did Cristina really say that?”


    Charlie nodded and agreed.


    Leticia sat down and thought about the possibility…


    She looked at Charlie and said, “Do you think Theresa would do something to the kids?”


    “What can she do?” Although Charlie and Theresa were divorced and he hated her to his guts, he did


    not bel that!


    Leticia said, “Don’t forget, before she divorced you, she had contact with Dick White’s men. Do you


    think Dic kidnapped Leonard and Ben through her?”


    Thinking that Theresa might have done something so horrible, Leticia became anxious. After Leticia


    said th both Charlie and Jonathan became silent. Charlie never even considered this possibility


    because of how he trusted Theresa. However, at this moment, he could not help but start to think of it!


    He did not speak and walked out the door. He nned to go to the Cameron Family’s house! No matter


    wha had to ask them personally.


    Theresa woke up early in the morning. She only slept for a short whilest night and had a dream that


    Chai had found her. Hence, she could not sleep the entire night after that, so she decided to get out of


    bed.


    She sat on the sofa, called her father, and talked about thepany’s matters.
