I woke up with my mouth as dry as sandpaper. I looked over the edge of the inflatable raft i was on, the ocean stretched on for as far as the eye could see. I then looked at how many bottles of water I had left. My stomach knotted up as I realized I only had three bottles left.


    suddenly I heard a sound, It sounded kind of like singing. suddenly my raft popped. I went flying in one direction and the water in the other. a slimy hand grabbed my leg and I struggled against it. suddenly I got pulled under.


    I was getting dragged throgh the dark water by what looked like a mermaid. it was exactly like the one from 6 years ago that we had captured. something wasn''t right though, this one was way more aggressive than the one we captured, then again the one we captured looked very young, it probably didn''t know how to fight yet. something about this situation didn''t make sense to me butthen I realized it I was breathing! Underwater, this could be a new scientific discovery! I tried saying, "Where are you taking me?" the mermaid turned around and punched me in the face.
