The nasty spider screamed in pain as five of its disgusting and beady eyes disappeared from its face.
It stopped running after Brock and immediately turned to face Elliot and Camelia.
“Uh oh. Time to hide!” Elliot shouted.
“Wait! Let ite towards us! I can blind it before it can reach us!” Camelia shouted back.
Camelia took the moment when the spider was turned in their direction to fire out six moreser beams!
She was not featured in the Apocalypse Survivor Weekly Update for nothing. She truly was a Godly sniper!
All six of herser beams found their marks and another six beady eyes disappeared from the spider’s nasty head.
KREEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKK!!!!!!!!!!
It leapt forward and skittered towards them furiously!
PEW! PEW! PEW! PEW!
Four more shots fired. Four more eyes gone.

Only eight eyes remained, but it was almost upon them. If they didn’t leave right away, they would have to fight!
“Damn it. There’s no other way! Mammoths! ELEPHANTS! Come out and charge!!!”

The Giant Armored Mammoths and African Bull Elephants appeared and immediately charged at the giant purple spider in a crescent shaped formation!
It was an amazing spectacle.
The Giant Armored Mammoths were massive at ten meters tall and full of meat and muscles. Two such beasts charging was like seeing two three-storey buildings running! The two three-meter tall African Bull Elephants looked absolutely tiny inparison.
However, the giant purple spider was insanelyrge at over fifteen meters tall. So it still towered over the Giant Armored Mammoths!
The collision that was about to happen would be incredible.
The giant spider reared up on its 8-rear legs and lifted its front legs and met the charge head on.
B O O O O O M M M ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The sheer weight and force behind the Giant Armored Mammoths’ charge pushed the giant spider backwards and caused quite a few cracks to appear on its hairy but thick exoskeleton.
However, that was it. The spider was only pushed backwards! And to make it worse, all eight of its front legs immediately shot downwards and pierced into the bodies of all four mammoths and elephants!
Elliot’s eyes widened in horror.
“ALL OF YOU! ATTACK NOW!!” He roared loudly.
From all over the town, Elliot’s beasts responded to hismand and charged straight to the giant purple spider.
PEW! PEW! PEW! PEW! PEW!
Camelia calmly continued her devastating attacks on the giant purple spider. With five more urate shots fired, only three eyes remained.
Although the spider had sessfully neutralized Elliot’s most powerful force, it would be for naught if it became blind.
Kraaaaaa! The Giant Armored Mammoths let out weak trumpets as they struggled in their death throes.
CRACK! The giant spider pressed down even harder and finished its bloody work on them.
All of a sudden, it suddenly twisted its body around powerfully and began to drag the four mammoths and elephants towards Elliot. It was trying to fling them on Elliot’s position!
Elliot scoffed and immediately unsummoned his dead mammoths and elephants.
The sudden disappearance of the four heavy beasts caused the giant spider to lose its bnce slightly for a moment.
PEW! PEW! PEW!
And then all light disappeared from all of its eyes.
KREEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKREKKKKKKREEEKKKKKK!!!!
Its fury knew no bounds when it realized that it waspletely blind.
It began to thrash wildly and to make its way towards the ce itst saw Camelia and Elliot.
“Time to go!” Elliot shouted and leapt down from the religious building mere seconds before the giant spider smashed it into pieces with its many thick, hairy feet.
KREEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKREKKKKKKREEEKKKKKK!!!!
It stomped on the building and sent huge debris flying all over the ce.
“Attack from all directions.” Elliotmanded calmly. “Camelia, keep firing and attract its attention. We’ll distract it while our beasts finish the job.”
“Roger!” Camelia replied and opened fire once more.
Although the fight started outpletely differently from Wu Kong’s excellent n, it ended perfectly ording to Elliot’s final order.
After leading the rage-filled spider around the city for a few minutes and having all of his beasts (including Ellie) shing and biting its main body, the giant purple spider finally copsed and slowly began to die a miserable death.
However, as ity there dying, it let out an extremely creepy sound which sounded strangely like’|
“Hemann.” The dying giant purple spider wheezed heavily through its giant mouth which was lined with rows of sharp teeth.
“He-heyy Elliot… Is it just me or did the spider just say “Human”? Camelia squeaked in a high-pitched voice.
“I don’t know. It did sound like “human”. But maybe it was just a coincidence. He’s wheezing pretty heavily after all.” Elliot said doubtfully.
“Humannn.” It wheezed again.
“Eeeek!!” Camelia finally freaked out and buried her head in Elliot’s thick fur! “It definitely said “Human” just now! It even copied my pronunciation!”
“Hey, hey rx. Whatever it is, it is dying. Don’t worry.” Elliot soothed her in a calm and firm voice.
“I’ll go and take a closer look. Wait here.”
“Okay’|” Camelia said reluctantly and got off Elliot’s back.
Elliot reverted to his human form, smiled at Camelia reassuringly and then took the final few steps to reach the near-dead purple spider.
He touched the purple spider and initiated a mindspace connection with it. Immediately, its stats appeared in his mind.

AI Comments: An evolved Brood Mother that had somehow developed an extremely unique skill called Devour. Though extremely weak because it was newly evolved, it had the potential to be a top predator due to its unique Devour skill.
As the mindspace solidified weakly around them, Elliot gasped in shock as his mind connected for the very first time to an alien beast.
A deep sense of sorrow and desperation filled its mind in an extremely messy jumble of thoughts and instincts meshed together like a cauldron of sticky soup.
However, Elliot could also sense a strange and alien power receding rapidly from its mind, allowing the messy jumbled mess to continuously regain a semnce of order even as the mindspace continued to tremble and copse.
Elliot willed with all of his strength to stabilize the mindspace a little bit, and seeded slightly.
In doing so, he somehow managed to keep the spider slightly conscious when the strange power recededpletely and disappeared from its mind.
