Chapter 336 Selling Talisman To Ghosts


    Jack was driving the car with the kids.


    Looking at Josh, Zachary, Hannah, and Lily, Drake was frustrated. He lied to Bettany about bringing


    them to the library. He could not tell Jack to go to a mental health hospital as requested by Lily.


    "You are not bringing them to the library, aren''t you?" asked Jack.


    "How did you know?" asked Drake.


    Jack took a look in the rear mirror. "I''m just guessing." There was no way Hannah would go to a library.


    Drake smiled.


    "Just tell me where you are going, and I will bring you there," said Jack.


    "We will go to the hospital first, then the haunted road if we still have time," said Josh.


    Lily nodded excitedly. She was counting the imaginary money she would get from selling talismans at


    the haunted ces. Josh was happy to see Lily excited over this.


    Meanwhile, Hannah was happy that she got out of homework and tuition. Zachary looked out of the


    window in concern. He remembered the hospital was called Bem Asylum, and it was haunted. There


    was a street near the hospital with plenty of shops.


    The car arrived at Bem Asylum. Jack parked the car. He was about to follow the kids when Drake


    stopped him. "Jack, you can wait here," Drake said.


    "Oh? You don''t need my help?" asked Jack.


    "No. You may go and have a coffee. On me," said Drake.


    Jack wanted to say something, but then he remembered what Anthony said. "Alright, I''ll wait for you


    here. Call me if you need anything," he said. Drake nodded and brought the kids to the street.


    Hannah was very excited. She bought plenty of food, including hotdogs, frozen yogurt, and blue


    cheese.


    Lily was a bit uneasy when she saw the blue cheese. "Why would Hannah eat shit?" she asked Josh.


    Josh almost spit when he heard that.


    Hannah offered Lily a bit of the blue cheese. "It''s delicious!" said Hannah. "No way!" Lily covered her


    mouth. She thought Hannah must have been through some traumatic experience to find blue cheese


    delicious.


    "Fine! More for me then." Hannah finished the blue cheese.


    "Someone is eating shit! Someone is eating shit!" Polly shouted, causing Hannah to curse it.


    Meanwhile, Josh was eating his ice cream while reading the introduction on Bem Asylum. He kept


    checking the tools in his bag. Themotion behind him gave him a headache.

    They finally arrived at the entrance of Bem Asylum. "No one is here!" said Lily. She was surprised


    that the entrance was so quiet,pletely different from the noisy street.


    Lily quickly set up a ce in front of the entrance. She figured she could still sell the talisman to the


    ghosts. She ced two rocks over the cloth on the floor to keep it from flying away. Everyone else was


    confused.


    "Lily, what are you doing?" asked Josh.


    "Are you setting up a stall? What are we selling? I''ll help you!" said Hannah excitedly.


    Drake had a bad feeling about what was going to happen.
