“Ridiculous! She made it sound as though ss monitor Xie is begging the devil ss to take part!”

“Still dare to talk terms? What qualification does devil ss have to talk about terms!”

“If they want to join then join, if they don’t join then forget about it! On what basis do you have to talk terms!”

The surrounding students started berating Ye Qing Luo as righteous indignance filled their chest.

A ss full of waste, did they really treated themselves as treasures?

And to agree to their conditions?

    Fat hope!

“What do you want, to request?” Xie Yan asked with interest.

Ye Qing Luo squinted her eyes, as she replied undisturbed, “Devil ss’s right to freedom.”

    Right to freedom?

Xie Yan’s eyebrows rose in puzzlement, as though he didn’t understood what Ye Qing Luo meant.

“I want devil ss’s students to have the right of freedom to choose to stay or leave, other than the school’s regted restricted areas, devil ss students have the right to enter any ce in Heavenly Academy.”

If the Elder Quarters were to agree to this request.

During the intersspetition, even if devil ss students had outstanding performance, the academy didn’t have any right to transfer them to any other sses.

Furthermore, they were allowed to go anywhere within the academy, except for those restricted ces.

To allow the devil ss students to integrate with the rest, Ye Qing Luo naturally thought of their future route.

Xie Yan muttered to himself for a moment.

This request, really wasn’t too difficult.

He roughly guessed, the reason for Ye Qing Luo to make such a request.

Those people in devil ss, were a bunch of waste, their innate talents were lousy, and they had no actualbat experience.

They hide everywhere in the academy, like a mouse, and had hidden themselves for several years, just because they were afraid of other students bullying them.

If they joined the intersspetitions this year, then these waste would definitely have to appear before everyone.

If they didn’t have the right to freedom, then these students would definitely be isted and bullied by the students in other sses.

He couldn’t tell that this new student, had such meticulous thinking.

Xie Yan recalled his brother instructing him, that he must make Ye Qing Luo and devil ss attend the intersspetitions eight monthster, as he hid away the perfected glow in his eyes and gave a light smile, “This request, I can try raising it to the Elder Quarters.”

The crowd bustled, Xie Yan actually agreed to it?

“As for the request to other sses.... That would depend on them.” Xie Yan spread out his hands, as he showed a ‘I can’t do anything about it’ look.

“Waiting for your reply.” Ye Qing Luo couldn’t care less if he had any idea, left him this sentence and turned around as she walked out of the crowd and headed towards the cafeteria’s direction.

Xie Yan didn’t stop her, as she squinted her eyes and his sight congealed at Ye Qing Luo’s departing figure, a cryptic colour could be seen faintly.

Beside her, Shangguan Liu Li casted soft nces with her beautiful eyes, as she carefully grabbed Xie Yan’s arm, “ss monitor Xie, all thanks to you for helping me, if not for you, I’d be humiliated by her once again.”

But this hand had yet caught him when Xie Yan withdrew his hands.

“Student Shangguan, as a student of the Intermediate profound ss, but you were humiliated by a devil ss student, do you feel that you have the right to be looked down upon by the devil ss?” Xie Yan’s face was still filled with a gentle smile, but the words he said was extremely harsh.

Shangguan Liu Li was stunned on the spot instantly, as astonishment filled her face.

Xie Yan had helped her out of an embarrassing situation, wasn’t it because... to help her?

Wasn’t it because he was interested in her?

She blinked, as he stared at Xie Yan’s handsome face, feeling as though she didn’t hear him properly.....

But Xie Yan’s low pitched and discourteous words, continued to reach her ears.

“Rather than spending the time to get jealous or to bully students, you might as well raise your own ability. A pretty case, sooner orter would be eliminated.”

Saying that, Xie Yan suddenly discovered someone standing in the crowd as he cast Shangguan Liu Li aside and chased up to him, “Brother Ru, Brother Ru, wait for me!”
