    husband taking care of her. I need to look after my wife and child.”


    “I just want you to look after her at work,” said Louisa.

    “She''s thirty, not twenty. If you, as her mom, want to worry about her job, that''s your business,” Timothy


    drawled. “Of course, it''s not my ce as an outsider to interfere.”


    Louisa could not help but lose her temper. “Timothy, your mom and I are biological sisters.”


    “So what if you''re sisters? Did OId Mrs. Wenstein ever show her affection?” Timothy retorted, his eyes


    devoid of any humor. “Ask yourself, Aunt Louisa. Did you ever show affection to your younger sister


    when you were children?”
