    Thinking back to the kiss Bruce had nted on her legs, Genevieve was beset by a sudden sense of

    Cooper''s razor-sharp gaze looked as if it could pierce a few holes through Bruce. “As an actor, how


    dare you covet your own boss? Don''t say I didn''t warn you. If you darey a finger on Genev, I will


    break your legs myself!”


    When she saw how Cooper''s disparagement of Bruce was escting, Genevieve grabbed him and


    ushered him out quickly. “He''s just here to bring me my shoes, so don''t let your imagination run wild. I


    still have my presence of mind with me. There''s no way I would be interested in him. Come on, let''s


    go.”


    When she turned around and snuck a nce, she noticed that Bruce, too, was looking at her with a

    need you to introduce me since you''re his boss.”


    Upon hearing the sound of footsteps, Bruce looked up and saw the approachingdies.


    He put his phone away. “Ms. Rachford.”


    When Genevieve noticed his slightly wet hair, she figured that he must have given himself a quick wash


    earlier. She subsequently pointed at Charlotte, who was standing beside her.


    “This is my friend, Charlotte Benson.”
