    Zhou Chao lived in a courtyard that was a bit of a distance from the Jingdu Hotel. They didn’t get home until nearly midnight, but thankfully, they had already asked Aunt Kuang to prepare lunch ahead of time.

    It boasted a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and even a cozy study corner. Adjacent to the bedroom was arge balcony featuring a plush lounge chair.


    “Isn’t this bedroom too luxurious? What if something gets identally damaged? Ah Li, let’s switch to a slightly less extravagant room,” Third Aunt said, feeling a bit overwhelmed, as she had never stayed in such a luxurious room before.


    Jiang Li understood Third Aunt’s concerns and coquettishly said, “Third Aunt, don’t worry, just treat it like your own home.”


    Third Uncle interjected, “Don’t worry about it. The other rooms are mostly the same. Besides, this is Xiao Chao’s heartfelt gesture.”


    Third Aunt, not being unreasonable, hesitated for a moment before nodding.


    Although they had always known that their good nephew was wealthy, they had never imagined he was this wealthy. Just the spacious courtyard alone was probably worth several hundred million, considering how valuablend was in Jingdu.


    “Ah Li, haven’t you arranged it yet?” Zhou Chao’s loud voice came from downstairs.


    “It’ll be ready in a moment!” Jiang Li replied, then took Third Aunt’s arm and headed downstairs.


    As for Third Uncle, he promptly carried their luggage straight to the cloakroom and quickly followed upstairs.

    Watching Jiang Li offer the fruit to her, Third Aunt immediately took a bite, devouring all the flesh inside.


    “Mmm, it’s indeed very sweet. Lao Guo, you should try it too!” she said.<div>


    Soon, Third Aunt and Third uncle let go of their reservations and began chatting while enjoying the fruits.


    After about ten minutes of conversation, the maid, Aunt Kuang, came to inform everyone that dinner was ready.


    Immediately, they shifted the conversation to the dining table.
