Hello! I just want to start this off by saying that everything posted here so far is a first draft, with only a few edits. Recently, I had a revelation (with help from a couple people), that made me think that I needed to do some editing. I started going through my first chapter, and ended up rewriting the entire thing. The chapter ended up tripling in length, and had to be separated into three chapters. That made me realize that I wouldn’t be able to do what I had been earlier with edits to chapters, and I came upon a dilemma.

    How do I put this rewrite back into Royal Road? I’m not sure what to do. Should I put it as a volume on this fiction? Make a new one and label this as the old one?


    I still haven’t found a solution. So, I’m asking everyone who reads this story: what would you prefer? There will be a poll beneath this, for everyone who doesn’t want to comment. Though I implore you to explain your choice, to help me make my decision.
