    They looked at each other and Alicia said softly, "Let''s negotiate. As long as no one gets hurt, we''ll fulfill any of the conditions!"


    Chet nodded. There was no other way. He raised his hands to motion the others to back away. Then, he shouted tentatively.


    "Is there anyone inside? Your warehouse is not locked? Aren''t you afraid of theft? Anyone inside? I''m conning in!"


    There was no response, even after they shouted for a while. Chet stepped forward. He leaned against the side of the doorand pushed it open. There was another sealed metal door.


    "It''s cold storage! Open the door!"


    Immediately, two burly men stepped forward. With each man on one side of the door, it took them a lot of effort to slide open the door. They braced themselves against the sudden gust of cold air.


    "There''s someone here!"


    The hail of bullets they expected never came. Chet rushed in, "Frederick..."
