Frederick was afraid that Mrs. Clements wouldn''t wee Danica or that Danica would say
something to offend Mrs. Clements, causing a conflict to happen. He then hurriedly took his car key
and left his office.

"What should I do? Miss nchard is inside! What if they started to argue?" Miranda panicked.
She sped up her steps intuitively. She wanted to tell Mrs. Clements beforehand about what
happened.
However, Danica was behind her. While she was on the phone with Frederick, she didn''t stop her
pace. Instead, she was walking slowly into the house.

"Mrs. Clements, Miss Randolph came to visit you!" Miranda said while showing Mrs. Clements the
gift she brought.
At this moment, Mrs. Clements couldn''t tell what she was feeling. Soon, she came back to her
senses and replied, "That''s so nice of you. Come and have a seat! Miranda, hurry, go and get us
some tea..."
"Sure! I''m on my way," Miranda replied.
