    It was due to Grand Duke Iron Blood sending his family’s powerful ones to the dragon ne that he did not seem to be much on Myers Maind. He became the family’s leader not because he was the strongest, but because he was the best at management.


    Saleen was considered more adept at management than other mages. There would not be a Metatrin City otherwise.


    However,pared to the Grand Duke, his abilities at management were nothing. The Grand Duke was even able to recruit the likes of Imposa and got along with him. He grew to like the Grand Duke as a person.


    An average dragon reached tens of thousands of pounds, with some reaching hundreds of thousands of pounds. Low level dragons might be somewhat lighter, but definitely not below 10,000 pounds.


    Dragons had huge amount of blood. It was possible to extract thousands of pounds of blood from just one dragon alone.


    120,000 pounds of dragon blood was hardly worth mentioning to Dragon Ind. Saleen recalled the trade with the Grand Duke in the past and felt that he had lost out on quite a lot.


    Saleen returned to Metatrin City with 120 pounds of dragon blood and 2,000 pieces of high level dragon scale. He handed them to his teacher and let him deal with them, before taking his followers teleporting to the Floating City.


    The Floating City was at Guderian City and had yet to reach Metatrin City. Saleen took the city to the East Sea. He intended to get to Stormy Sea in three months to search for a temple there.


    The location of the temple was the most dangerous, and Saleen had to get to it as soon as possible. With the Floating City, the journey to Stormy Sea was smooth. It would be easy for Saleen to attack the nations of the East Sea in the future as well.


    As soon as he took the temple, Saleen intended to deal a huge blow to Alchemy City with Grand Duke Iron Blood. When he was done taking down Alchemy City, Saleen spected that it would be about time for him to defend the pathway leading to the abomination ne.


    Saleen did not spend his time idling. He researched the magic pharmaceutical form of the Dragon Blood Warriors. The form needed to be replicated using magic instead of taking notes conventionally to prevent anything unintended.


    The Grand Duke ced huge importance in that trade, so he was unusually careful, as he dared not cause Saleen to suffer a loss.


    The interdimensional space was too important to the Grand Duke. Dragon Blood Warriors were hardly worth mentioning before reaching level nine, as they were not even as useful as the Iron Blood warriors.


    However, once the power of the maind rose again, the speed at which Dragon Blood Warriors would advance would far surpass that of conventional warriors.


    He would possess the strongest army.


    Saleen knew that the reason he was researching the form was to look for ways to improve it. Saleen was no genius in terms of magic, but his forte in any field rted to magic was his talents in formting magic pharmaceuticals.


    Saleen was adept at calctions as well. Few mages were able to master Figaro’s Magic Form to his level. Even his teacher, Jason, was impressed.


    Due to Saleen not being able to find ways to advance, he was several times more diligent than other mages topensate.

    Jason had not been paying attention to the form, but when he heard what Saleen said, he realized that something was off with the form as well.


    The Grand Duke Iron Blood had not kept something from him. The one that the Grand Duke knew had always been the one they both have at the moment.


    “Teacher, would you be able to calcte what the original form was like?”


    “It’s a matter of time. My men are all working in the alchemy factories, devoting all their time to crafting armor.


    “Well, I’ll think of something myself then.” Saleen did not wait for Jason to remind him and pped his head in frustration. The number of enchanters working for him reached 20,000, consisting of mainly demonic spirits and imps.


    Creatures of that bloodline had inherently strong mental power capacity. With assistance from the magic, their calctive abilities far exceeded the mages in Metatrin City and even him, if he let them learn Figaro’s Magic Form.


    Saleen decided to immediately craft a set of Figaro’s Magic Form’s models and uploaded what he knew about the form to the Floating City’s magic.


    The workings of the magic differed from usual magic because someone needed to store all parts of a magic spell in the magic before the was capable of providing support for the magic.


    If an enchanter cast an icicle, the magic needed to have all chants, signs, and other requirements stored within, which enabled the magic to be able to resonate with the magic spell.


    Only by doing so would an enchanter be able to mobilize the magic via the magic power furnace and cast a magic spell.


    The benefit of a magic was that it saved a lot of the enchanter’s time, enabling them to advance quickly. The downside, however, was that once an enchanter left a magic, they would be reduced to what they used to be.


    Saleen stopped the Floating City specifically for that purpose and began to work, uploading Figaro’s Magic Form onto the magic. It would be troublesome if someone else did it, but Saleen only needed to send the energy vibrations stored using Water me.


    He had crafted the magic over the Floating City. His effort at perfecting the city had surpassed the effort he devoted to any of his equipment.


    Most of the Floating City was still empty. It was filled only with enchanters, demons and some mages performing experiments. There were no warriors to be found. Saleen had used lightning puppets and star figures to take the warriors’ ce for the time being.


    Gaine had taken the level 19 Star Gathering Needle with him and left the astrology tower to Saleen. Saleen was free to take anything in the astrology tower, which included a huge amount of unimed figures.


    Most of the figures were high level, the mostmon being level nine. It was a pity that their number was small. Saleen was already a level ten astrologer and was capable of crafting level nine figures. However, he was unable to craft a level ten one even if he was to be given a month to make just one.


    Saleen was reluctant to use starline cloth, so he had been using other materials as substitutes, which made his star figures only level seven.


    Level seven would suffice. Conventional troops, even the elites, were only level four or so. Saleen’s level seven figures would be more than enough to mop up most armies.


    Until they encountered wardens or Temple Knights, the star figures were basically invincible.


    The enchanters on the Floating City began to learn Figaro’s Magic Form quickly, but they were unable to truly master it. To put it precisely, Saleen enabled the enchanters to use the magic’s calctive abilities.


    If they left the magic, the enchanters’ knowledge of Figaro’s Magic Form would not be greater than a warrior’s.


    Saleen was unconcerned. Demonic spirits were lowly beings in demon ne, and they spent their lives as food for others. Even if they learned magic, their achievements would not be higher than humans.


    The demonic spirits’ bloodlines and control of magic would never be as strong as humans.

    Even if he was incapable of acquiring the original form, Saleen would be able to improve it. That was the importance of manpower. In ancient times, even low level mages were able to bring frightening powers to bear, let alone the powerful ones all over the ce.


    It was easy to assemble up to a million mages back then. If a million mages calcted at the same time and were supported by equipment like the magic, they would be able to calcte forms for all kinds of magic pharmaceuticals.


    What Saleen was doing had never been done on Myers Maind. At its limit, the Floating City would be able to amodate over a million enchanters. Saleen would truly be fearless.

    Saleen had acquired three forms when he reached Stormy Sea. Two of the three were improved, one tailored to humans and the other tailored to demons. The remaining one was the original form deduced using Figaro’s Magic Form.

    All kinds of precious materials and herbs were listed in the form, most of which had already disappeared on Myers Maind. Saleen had many of them in his stock, which he had acquired from the astrology tower. However, using such a form to nurture Dragon Blood Warriors would be expensive.

    The Stormy Sea was right before them. It seemed calm when Saleen entered, but the waves were over a dozen meters tall. If it had not been for the Floating City, the winds there would have easily torn sails made from magic beast hide to shreds.


    The wind was natural magic conjured by wind element. It was no wonder why Joey needed to be well prepared before entering the Stormy Sea.


    The Floating City slowly descended to the surface of the sea. The ten-meter waves hardly bothered the Floating City, which had a thickness of 900 meters.


    Only Saleen, who possessed insanely powerful equipment, would be able to venture inside easily andnd right on top of the coordinates he wanted to be on.


    Saleen had no idea what he would find within the temple hidden in the Stormy Sea, and he looked forward to it. His luck increased every time he destroyed a temple. Not even the Goddess of Myers would think that someone would do that.
