Seeing that Nicole had stopped crying, Samuel continued, “For a man like Davon, you have to teach
him a lesson. You’re newly married, how could he treat you like that? You have to spend rest of your
life together. Will he act the same if you have any other problems? Can you withstand it?”

Davon felt upset when seeing Phoenix’s tears.
He pulled Phoenix into his arms andnded a passionate kiss on her lips.
Worrying about his wounds, Phoenix said, “I will let them bandage your wounds.”
“Don’t bother. Just leave them there. The pain can help me remember it.”
Davon directly clutched Phoenix’s chin and kissed her crazily.
It had been two years and he almost went crazy as he missed her a lot. Now she was standing in front
of him. How could he withhold himself?
