Sheffield raised his head and burst intoughter. "It''s so easy to find a hacker. Do you want one? Just
say the word. I know some guys that can find thousands of hackers for you in a matter of minutes."
"What do I need a hacker for?" Peterson asked. He was rather exasperated but he couldn''t do anything
about it. "Sexton Qi is not in the mood to deal with you right now. So, just focus on your work. As for the
matters between you and Evelyn, you should n your next steps carefully. After all, your rtionship
has been revealed to the public already."
"Don''t worry. I know exactly what to do." Sheffield went on with his work without even raising his head
to look at him.
Realizing that his son was ignoring him on purpose, Peterson decided not to humiliate himself
anymore. He turned around and left his office without so much as a goodbye.
Even though Sheffield had asked the reporters not to disturb Evelyn, a few of them still went to the
entrance of ZL Group''s building to wait for the heroine of the most prominent love story on the news.
When Evelyn was about to leave the building, two reporters stopped her. "Miss Huo, can I take a few

answered it. "Where are you?"
When Evelyn heard his voice, the reporter''s question popped into her mind. ''The future son-inw of
Sidell Xiang who also went shopping with the daughter of the King of Gamblers?'' Her mood suddenly
turned sour with that thought so she responded nonchntly, "Why would I tell you where I am? Didn''t
you say that we had a special connection in our hearts? So you should be able to sense it, right? Use
your telepathy to find me!"
''What the hell is she saying?'' Sheffield was dumbfounded. Why was she treating him like this? He just
asked a simple question and got a response full of disdain.
Later on, an award ceremony of the city''s fashion world was being held at Y City International Trade
Hotel. It was a very glorified event and hundreds of stars walked the red carpet. As the regional CEO of
ZL Group, Evelyn attended the ceremony to award the winners.
There were more than 40 awards. Evelyn, who was in a neat and professional pink Western suit,
walked up to the stage. The first award was the annual "Most Influential Public Worker of the Year". A
rtively low-profile female star from the entertainment circle won the prize.

Evelyn stood there with great interest and watched what was happening from a distance.
When the man in white finally spoke, everyone within a few meters from them heard him clearly. "I''m a
renowned director of a historical TV series. I get to decide who will y as the hero." The man in white
took another step forward, closing the small distance between him and Sheffield.
"With your handsome face, I can make you the king of the entertainment circle for as long as you
want." The director''s voice was soft and warm. He then boldly reached out his hand to Sheffield''s face,
but when he noticed the warning look in Sheffield''s eyes, he smiled in embarrassment. And instead, he

While she watched the interaction unfold, Evelyn couldn''t help but giggle.

worry about prying women but men as well, '' Evelyn silently thought to herself.
However, as the seconds passed by, the so-called director''s advances were getting more and more
flirtatious. "How about we get a room upstairs and get to know each other a little better?"
Sheffield was starting to feel sick. Using his telepathic abilities, he had found Evelyn and hurried there
to see her. However, instead ofing over to help him, she just stood there,ughing silently to
herself.
He red at her heavily and Evelyn finally made her way to the two men.
"Honey," she called out to him with so much enthusiasm. Her voice was so soft and sweet that
Sheffield was fascinated by it.
Instantly, a broad smile crept over his face. He held out his hand and called out tenderly, "Honey!"
The director turned around to take a quick look at Evelyn. Then, he turned to look at Sheffield in
confusion. "Your wife?"
Sheffield walked past the director and pulled the woman into his arms. Holding her waist firmly, he
nodded, "Yes!" Then, he nted an affectionate kiss on her lips.
The director looked back and forth between Evelyn and Sheffield. With his hands on his hips, he
explicitly stated, "But the two of you don''t look like a couple at all. What kind of a horrible match is this?
You must be lying to me!"
''A horrible match?'' Sheffield was taken aback by those words. He then smirked while he said, "If what
you''re saying is true, that''s very easy to settle. From now on, I''m going to kiss my wife more often. If I
kiss her more, we will naturally make a perfect match!" To prove his point, Sheffield lowered his head
and passionately kissed Evelyn while the director could only open his mouth in surprise.
