"I will find a good spot under the ground because I can easily scout such a spot. Once it''s found, I will work on a spatial formation that can teleport our Ind directly there," Erix said with a smile.
"Amu and I will build moreyers of formation in the Blessed Ind and we will require everyone''s help. In case they find our Ind during the integration process, we have to obstruct them until the process ispleted," Lilith sharply said. "To bepletely safe, let''s not hold back on this and create as many defense and obstructive formations as we have."
"We will help," Sameira nodded.
"Everyone will contribute resources for this, not just us." Kenshin grinned and said, "All guild leaders will do that because nobody wants to be a ve."
Everyone nodded. It was true. They still had much freedom with benefits by staying under the Unfettered Kingdom. However, the other party was not like that. To them, everyone was a ve.
The way Bill talked to them was like he was talking to insignificant people withplete disregard for them and everyone could clearly feel that.
"What should I do?" Aria asked.
"Aria, Isabe, and Rin can manage the tasks to give to others to speed up our work," Lilith said before turning to Erix. "Erix, can you make the list of Blessed Ind''s upgrade requirements?"
Erix waved his hand and created a white metallic board before writing the tasks on it with shining and clear ck carvings with his control.
"First is to have 5000 residents of Blessed Ind at Royal-order," Erix said.
"This is easy," Rin nodded. "This thing about Residents and Pirs status is something only we know about. The whole city has over fifty-thousand Royal-order powerhouses, so this task is basicallypleted."
"Let''s not be in a hurry for this, dear" Sameira said with a smile. "It''s better if all 5000 people are those we can trust and from our guild or allied trustworthy guilds."
"True," Rin nodded. "We are getting Royal-order powerhouses daily with how everyone is progressing, so it won''t take long this way."
Everyone nodded.
"Moving onto the second requirement," Erix continued. "We need 100 people at Empyrean-order lifeform rank. This is easy."
Erix smiled, "We can give resident status to the Empyrean-order powerhouses of various ns that are in close and good ties with us as our kingdom''s subordinate ns."
"They are alsopletely dependent on us and now that Blue Maw pirates are here, they have no choice but to rely on us," Lily nodded.
"Yep. We have to do that. Only thirty people have broken through to Empyrean-order so far among natives, so we can let those ns in to meet this requirement," Rin nodded. "We''ve already put six ns on our Ind''s territory, so we can add more. We don''t even have to worry about space because we have plenty."
The ind''s size expanded to a 15-kilometer diameter after the upgrade, so it was quite vast and enough to house many people. Those focused on power were already thirsting to live in it because of the benefits of fast training.
"The third task is that 1000 residents must have their souls awakened."
"Hmmm, this can be a bit challenging to finish fast," Lilith rubbed her chin. "Everyone can''t awaken their souls even with help, but they can be guided to awaken it."
"I can help that guide," Aria suddenly said with a big grin as she got an idea. "But we have to be careful and keep it hidden from pirates that we are finishing tasks to upgrade the ind, so let''s build a Spirit Training Hall. Inside this hall, I can make people suffer nightmares with my spiritual power and put them through situations that can increase the chances of awakening their souls."
"Good idea," Lily chuckled. "Let me also help in that."
"Alright, then Aria and Lily will handle that," Erix grinned.
"Rin and I will manage resources so Lilith and Amu can build as many formations as possible," Isabe smiled.
"Busy Days inbound," Amu howled with a big grin. "Let''s finish this and throw that cocky bastard away from our world, hehe. I also know what next step of my evolution, so wait for it."
Everyone was startled at the news.
"You can evolve now? To what and how?" Lilith curiously asked.
"Tell us, Amu," Aria giggled and was eager to see Amu evolving after he gave up on his source and power to travel with her and became a truly contracted spirit fairy with her.
"Nope. It''s a secret. You will know when it happens," Amuughed out loud in his usual childish voice.
"Tsk, fine," Rin rolled her eyes while others also wryly smiled.
"Alright, since we know what to do then let''s start right away," Erix nodded with a smile and snapped his finger.
Instantly, a group of people was suddenly teleported from another part of the Blessed Ind to the ground in front of Erix and others.
They were guild leaders of the guilds who were trustworthy and allied with the Unfettered Kingdom, with given ranks of Baron and Dukes to their leaders. They were residents of Blessed Ind and lived in their territory on the ind.
Each of those guilds also had their bases outside, but they put their main bases on the Ind. The majority of their members were outside and only those the guild leaders found trustworthy and with potential with clean backgrounds were allowed to be Blessed Ind''s residents.
The total number of guild leaders was 143, including all top 100 Guilds and powerhouses.
In the first ce, they were not part of the Unfettered Kingdom because they were in the top 100. Nope. They were part of the top 100 only because they were part of the Unfettered Kingdom.
Under this solid cohesion known as the Unfettered Kingdom, the residents of Blessed Ind progressed faster than others. The kingdom was also distributing resources, and resource gathering was also super fast due to efficient grouping, tasks, coordination, and the over one million poption working under this single entity!
It would be even faster progress now because the World Council''s ruler and other members belonged to none other than the Unfettered Kingdom!
The 143 guild leaders and six n leaders that Erix teleported were also in discussion regarding the visit from Bill.
They were nervous, stout, stiff, worried, and anxious because they wanted to know what was going to happen now that the infamous Blue Maw pirate kingdom''s group arrived here with their giant spaceship.
"They are here, just as we predicted, and they came with a force that surpassed our expectations," Erix stated, his expression somber. "They want one million ves at Royal-order lifeform rank."
"We don''t have that number of Royal-order people on the in the first ce, but they will train people by exploiting Mystic Root''s benefits on them and make them reach that rank," Rin added. "We don''t know what and how they will do it."
"But they want ves and not subordinates. I''m sure they will use crooked ways, so we will find that out soon."
Everyone''s expression changed, turning somber and grave.
