<h4>Chapter 50: de Tune & de Eater!</h4>
"I am attacking it," Erix said as he looked at the Frost Shield with unique golden patterns.
The steel de controlled by Erix shot forward and hit the shield, only to get counter-attacked as the Frost Shield shot three ice des toward Erix at breakneck speed!
"Yes! It works," Rin''s eyes shone.
After practicing with Isabe and Erix for half an hour, Rin finally managed to use her de Tune skill properly.
In simple terms, Rin could use de Tune to harmonize with a teammate''s skill and enhance it as long as she could sense the structure of the targetted skill.
Unlike Fire, Ice, Metal, and such elements, the de element was an Ethereal element that could harmonize andbine with other elements. This was the essence of de Tune.
The skill was a support skill in a way, while the passive skill, de Eater, turned out to be her primary weapon and attack that the ss gave her.

_Type: ss skill (passive).
_Use: de Eater is an ethereal de that you can wield. You can feed it other ded weapons to absorb its properties and power it up.
_Note: Base damage is equal to the highest base attack of the weapon the de Eater consumed, while extra effects arepletely retained. You can also temporarily power up de Eater''s base attack by infusing de energy into it.
"Rin, I think you can do much more with de Tune," Erix thoughtfully said as he rubbed his chin.
"Since it can harmonize with other skills, how about we give our skill''s control to you after you harmonize it with your de Tune? You can try to do morebos with it."
"I can try," Rin nodded. "But let''s get going for now. We''llplete this dungeon first since I need to use my de Eater against monsters, or it won''t digest the sword I fed."
"Alright."
Rin''s hand had a golden de with blood-red patterns. It was her de Eater that had eaten Butcher''s Festive Sword!

While the trio proceeded further into the dungeon, the new group of people stood before the Dungeon Gate in the military headquarters.
They were awake and nned to roam in the forest a few kilometers behind the Millitery headquarters, but they immediately saw the tall dungeon gate when they went out and gathered there.
Ben and General Tark also arrived shortly.
"Let''s wait here until the people insidee out," the muscr group leader said as he crossed his arms.
They tried to enter but couldn''t since only one party could enter at a time.
''So this belongs to that group,'' Ben thought with narrowed eyes.
"Still, I can''t believe there are dungeons as well. I wonder what kind of rewards we will get after finishing it?" said a young man in his early twenties with anticipation.
While this group waited outside, Rin, Erix, and Isabe were steamrolling through the next cave.
Erix''s Nether Grasp transformed with Rin''s de Tune as its demonic fingers turned sharp like des, and upon grasping someone, it would produce several demonic des from its palm to pierce the target!
Since using de Tune consumed de Energy instead of mana, Rin freely used the skill Erix''s and Isabe''s skills.
She spent 300 de energy in the second cave to kill seven Ogres with Erix and Isabe.
Three of those seven Ogres dropped origin cores, so the trio sat down and started absorbing them.
After ten minutes, they stood up and looked at two pathways.
"So, which path should we choose?" Isabe asked.
"I think one leads to the boss cave, and another leads to more Ogres," Rin spected. "We can even see which one leads to where based on those symbols above the entrances."
"We might as well kill more Ogres to increase our Magic Power and Mana. I believe we''ll encounter boss cave passage again even if we go to the cave with more Ogres," Erix said.
Rin and Isabe nodded. If they could get more Magic power and mana, then why not?
As such, they went inside the left passage and saw seven Ogres roaming around in the vast cave.
"Alright, we''ll try something new with my de Tune this time."
"Erix, use your Crimson Blood re," Rin grinned.
"Eh? But it''s a quick attack," Erix raised his eyebrows. "Will you be able to harmonize it quickly?"
"Yep. I sensed its structure when you used it in thest cave, so I can use my de Tune with it."
"Alright."
Erix stood at the edge of the passage''s exit and pointed his palm forward.
Rin stood beside with his focus, her eyes faintly shining with a golden hue.
"I am releasing it," Erix said as his body heated up and his arm turned crimson!
"Let go of your control after you release it."
"Got it," Erix nodded.
A secondter, Erix''s palm released a burst of crimson re akin to a me thrower''s attack.
The re released and shot forward, while Rin''s eyes brilliantly shined as she consumed 300 de energy AT ONCE!

The Crimson Blood re started twisting as a golden aura merged with it and transformed into a two-meter-long thick burning crimson de with golden patterns!
It hit the first Ogre, pierced it, and came out of its back while the pierced Ogre screamed in rage while burning!

Its blood fueled the crimson re, so it died shortly after suffering such an attack!
But the attack was not over! The crimson de continued and pierced another Ogre.
One by one, it pierced a total of five Ogres and started burning them, with their blood being the fuel to the burn!
Of course, the Crimson re was consumed slightly after each attack, so the crimson de finally dispersed when it pierced thest Ogre.
"Wow!" Isabe eximed, amazed at the result of thebo.
The first three Ogres died while the remaining Ogres were losing their heads over the burn!
"Haha, that was great, Rin! Now, let''s finish them off!"
Erix flew forward with five Steel Chakrams flying around him!
Since he could shape Iron any way he wanted, he decided to create chakrams instead of des since he could also spin chakrams with his control, and… spinning chakrams with sharp edges proved more annoying to the enemies than des!
A minute passed, and Isabe finished off thest Ogre with her me Whip.
But right after that, they heard an ominous notification.
