    "Due to an unfortunate incident, I drowned, and at the bottom of the sea, I found this dark portal. Of course, I got sucked into it and then I found myself on the spaceship heading towards this ce. That was how I got here..."


    "You have not even a clue at all, do you?" Nyx asked as Hael shook his head.


    "My Eldritch racees from just a world like yours, Primeval, or you all it ancient. And we also had this magic too, even though it wasn''t really called that. More of a natural ability..." Nyx began as Hael listened attentively.


    "We were transported to this world, Earth, due to an apocalypse that happened in my world. One day, the sky opened up, and within it were terrifying vortexes that exuded a dragging force that dragged the majority of us into it, and when we opened our eyes we were weed by the sight of a new world."


    "We were at first wary of the humans when we arrived, just twenty years ago, and ording to what I heard, the humans were pretty weing..."


    "They were weing, even though you all resemble beasts?" Hael asked as Nyx shook her head.


    "This is not our true form. This is ourbat form, made from dark magic maniption..." Nyx said and in the next second, Hael watched her rapidly morph and his jaws dropped to the ground.


    "Right now in front of him was a female human, with long dark hair and a circr shaped face, her eyes were pitch ck, and she had a very full pair of pink lips, beautifully arranged below her light brown skin color. Her hands, which were formerly ws with dried patched skin, immediately cleared away, and her skin regained a beautiful smooth light brown color with her ws returning back to normal. "Do I look different to that female captain of your crew?" Nyx asked as Hael sat there dumbly, still shocked at such a transformation but he quickly regained himself.


    "No, you look just like a human female..."


    "The Humans were weing to us, and they preferred to make us work for them, making us use our superior magical abilities to help further their own race''s evolution, in exchange for a safe ce for us to stay..."


    "But the male Eldritch had different ns. They knew there was no way they could return back to their world, and knew well, while the humans were indeed weak right now. If they gained their help, it could lead to a rapid advancement in the Human''s race evolution, and once the humans grow as strong as they are or even more. Then who knows if they''ll keep the deal. Then, they would have no use for their help anymore and their future would be uncertain...


    "So Instead of cing their hands at the mercy of the humans, they created a n.." Nyx said as Hael''s eyebrows furrowed.


    "To dominate Earth, and rule over the humans..." Haelpleted as Nyx''s eyes shed in visible shock.


    "How do you know that?"


    "You said that the Eldritch can use magic that the humans can''t. They are far superior in abilitiespared to the average human, and they saw no way back home, meaning this Earth would be theirst abode. Then the only choice is to make this world a new safe abode and to do that, the original upier of it would have to be wiped out. It is even more a bold idea since the humans are weaker than them. It should be easy to dominate earth and regain their future in their hands. Nothing is stopping them from dering a war. It is a tactical move..." Hael replied as easy as breathing and true to his word, that was what really caused the war between the humans and the Nyx.


    "You got it right..." Nyx said with a nod as Hael gave a nod before his eyebrows furrowed.


    "So why is it a war then? You said the Eldritch can use magic. These guns that they use are really fancy but in the world Ie from where people use magic, they are nothing but fancy toys. So why is this even a war? It should be a smooth massacre..." Hael said out loud. He knew well if his Winterfall dynasty had been the Eldritch instead, then people like Captain Aleia would be easily ripped apart by a person who has unlocked his first gate and had a good grasp of his first petal element. There was no way those toys were superior to true powerful arcane abilities.


    "That was what the higher-ups thought. But the humans found a way. A way to fuse themselves with their strange technology, and then they insert nuclear core into their heart to power the machines that are present in their body. An example is that Captain of yours, while she might look like a human. She actually has a core in her chest rippling with energy that powers the machines that have been ced in her body, massively boosting her uracy and herbat attributes, like speed, agility, and stamina.
