Chapter 2126
Grace paused for a moment before saying, "So, she''s the lost daughter that just returned to the Saun
family, huh? No wonder she can be the Vice President here."
Ste pursed her lips and smiled, not showing any anger. "I''m sorry, Mrs. Esper. I indeed don''t know
too much about our major clients yet, and I apologize for any negligence. Which series of perfume
would you like to try? I''ll arrange it for you."
Grace''s tone softened a little upon seeing how good Ste''s attitude was." I''d like to try the new ''Cloud
Nine'' perfume you''ve formted. If it''s as good as you described it, I''m going to order a batch as door
gifts for my son''s wedding."
Belonging to N?velDrama.Org.
Ste did not know about the ''Cloud Nine'' perfume. She nced at Audrey for rification.
Aubrey then said in a low voice, "Ms. Hall, we can''t sell ''Cloud Nine.'' Mrs. Barlow customized it; she
would not appreciate it if we sold it to others. We have an agreement not to sell it as ''Cloud Nine'' is
formted exclusively for her.
"Besides, the ingredients of ''Cloud Nine'' are very rare. The whole process of creating it is veryplex
and will take at least three months. Even if Mrs. Esper likes it, we can''t guarantee it will be ready before
the wedding."
Ste frowned. "If it''s agreed not to be resold, how did Mrs. Esper know about it?"
Aubrey did not know what to say because she did not even know who had leaked the information about
''Cloud Nine.''
If Ste were to directly tell Grace that she could not try ''Cloud Nine'' after she specifically came for it,
she would surely offend her. After all, someone must have told her that she could try it before she came
here.
Judging by Aubrey''s attitude toward Grace, Ste figured that this client must be extremely important to
Darcie. It was impossible for Darcie to notify Grace toe try the perfume, knowing it could not be
sold.
Darcie was not foolish enough to offend two of her major clients at once.
Ste spected that this was likely rted to Jaylene, who wanted this conflict to happen and bring
her down.
''What an idiot! This is not going to be good for anybody. If we really lost Mrs. Esper as our major client,
it would be a loss for the entirepany!'' Ste cursed inwardly.
Grace noticed the two of them whispering and became somewhat displeased. "What are you two
talking about?"
Ste turned around and immediately figured out what to say to Grace." Mrs. Esper, if you''re nning
to choose a door gift for your son''s wedding,'' Cloud Nine'' might not be the best choice."
A puzzled expression grew on Grace''s face. "Why is that?"
Ste said, "The scent of ''Cloud Nine'' is very unique, and it''s made for attending important events. It
might lose its uniqueness if it is used as a door gift and given out to all the guests. Doing this will even
make them feel like the gift isn''t thoughtful enough."
Grace paused and figured that what Ste said was right.
Seeing her expression softening, Ste added, "If you want to customize perfume as door gifts, you
can choose from several other series we offer. For younger guests, you can use some with more lively
top notes. For older guests, opt for ones with rtively mild and mature scents.
"And as for those working individuals, you can select the ones with a calming effect. Choosing multiple
series for guests will not only prevent them from using the same perfume but also reflect on your
thoughtfulness.
Before Ste could say anything more, someone else chimed in, "More importantly, these other series
are all more affordable and not as expensive as ''Cloud Nine.'' They have better value for money."
Jaylene smiled and looked at Ste after saying that. "Is that right, Ms. Hall?"
Ste''s gaze darkened.
Grace, who was about to change her mind, became upset when she heard words like "expensive" and
"value for money." "What do you mean? Are you not letting me try it because you think I can''t afford it?"
Ste then said in a low voice, "That''s not what I meant at all-"
