    ‘Ste cares about me.’


    That thoughtsted only for about ten minutes. When he was driving past the office of Vinci Rivera,


    Ste told him to drop her off there.


    Trevor furrowed his brows, “It’s after work hours. Why do you want toe here?”


    ‘He’s working overtime today.” Ste put on a mask and a cap and picked up the items she had looted


    from Jaylene’s room. Then, she said to Trevor, i’m going to put a couple of these decorations in


    Keegan’s room. His office is too boring.”


    Trevor’s eyelid twitched, “What about my office?”


    Ste replied, “What if Jaylene wants them back when she sees them in your office? She’s your sister,


    too. Plus, you grew up together. Would you have the heart to not give them back to her?”


    Trevor kept quiet.


    If Ste had bought the decorations for him, he would definitely not give them to Jaylene. However, the


    thing was that Ste acquitted these decorations through “unconventional” means, so he would most


    probably give them back.


    He understood why Ste would not give the decorations to him, but he was still upset!


    He felt he had a special ce in his little sister’s heart just a while ago. But now, he realized that plenty


    of other things had a special ce in her heart. Other than money, Keegan the scumbag was also one


    of them!


    He could not get over it!


    ‘I should’ve been firmer and not agreed to their rtionship so quickly!’ he thought.


    Ste opened the car door and waved at Trevor, “Be careful on the road. Bye.”


    Then, she went into the office without turning back.


    Trevor massaged his temple, ‘Hmph! I cant believe she put another man before me!’


    With the VIP card given by Keegan, Ste did not have to register her entry at Vinci Rivera. All she had


    to do was swipe the card, and the receptionist would allow her to pass.


    She walked into the elevator with her bag and pressed the button for Keegan’s office floor.


    When the elevator reached the seventh floor, it stopped.


    Ste paused. The elevator she was in would only stop at the floors the executives were working on.


    She had never experienced it stopping on other floors on the way up, so she was surprised.


    As she was thinking about it, the elevator doors opened. Ste lifted her gaze, and her expression


    immediately darkened.


    Jackson was shocked, too, as he was not expecting anybody to be in the elevator.


    He paused for a moment before stepping inside. Then, he pressed the button for the floor he wanted to


    go to.


    Ste looked at the floor numbers on the screen emotionlessly.


    Jackson looked at her from head to toe and said, “Ste Jewell?”


    Ste kept quiet.


    Jackson frowned and tried to remove her mask. Ste forcefully pped his hand away and said coldly,


    “Get away from me!”


    Jackson chuckled, “I knew it was you. Ms. Saun, why did youe to our office instead of staying


    home?”


    Ste ignored him.


    However, Jackson continued, “You had such an ugly divorce with Keegan. Why are you still keeping in


    touch with him? Do you still have feelings for him?”


    ‘What does that have to do with you?”


    Jackson chuckled softly, “Ste, Keegan is a heartless and unfeeling man who doesn’t even care about


    his own mother. Why don’t you date me instead? I look like him, and I don’t mind being a rebound for


    you.”


    Ste was utterly disgusted by his words. She turned to look at Jackson and said nonchntly, “Do you
