After Chen Heng had perused all the information, he had only onement: <em>Damn it.</em>
As a Heroic Spirit formed through the Dimension Administrators Association, Chen Heng should not have any Noble Phantasms, but…
Chen Heng currently had two suspects: Gaia and ya. Only these two Counter Forces could tamper with a Servant’s status screen. ya seemed unlikely, considering her understanding of Chen Heng’s character, someone who bore grudges—urmcked magnanimity. If such a situation had urred, she probably would have modified his status screen before summoning him.
Therefore, it must have been Gaia. First, Gaia had the capability, as the Throne of Heroes was essentially under her control. Modifying a status screen would be a breeze for her.
Second, Gaia had the motivation—Chen Heng had once helped ya. Although Gaia could not interfere with Chen Heng overtly, she could still make things unpleasant for him.
Third, Gaia had the time. Only ya appeared at that ce that was likely the Throne of Heroes, not Gaia. Chen Heng did not believe Gaia had no interest in him.
Taking all this into ount, Chen Heng added Gaia to a small notebook containing only three other names: Merlin, ya, and Shigure Kira.
The purpose of this notebook? The individuals mentioned here were people whom Chen Heng wanted to reason with and persuade through rational exnations and emotionalmunication.
It was absolutely not a grudge list. Chen Heng was such a magnanimous person. How could he bear a grudge?
Actually, Chen Heng would not have been so angry if he alone had seen the name of the Noble Phantasm. However, as his Master, his younger sister had also seen it. This truly vexed him.
“Elder Brother, what’s that notebook?” asked Sirin after herughter finally subsided, as she curiously leaned over to peek at the small red notebook in Chen Heng’s hand.
“Children shouldn’t be so curious,” Chen Heng said, pulling it out of her reach.
“Elder Brother, let me see!”
“No!”
“Chen Heng, quickly! Come here. The summoning ritual is ready. Don’t miss this ssic scene.” As Chen Heng and Sirin tussled over the notebook, Doctor Roman, who had been standing next to Yakumo Yukari all along, waved Chen Heng over.
“Coming!” Seeing that the summoning ritual was ready, Chen Heng ced the small notebook in his spatial storage and rushed over to Yakumo Yukari.
Sirin huffed with dissatisfaction when she saw Chen Heng put away his notebook. However, she followed him to Yakumo Yukari, choosing to float rather than walk. Herziness was extraordinary.
As Chen Heng approached, he took in the summoning ritual Yakumo Yukari had spent about ten minutes preparing.
“A Holy Grail?” Chen Heng’s first nce at the summoning ritualnded on a golden cup nestled at the center of the hexagram magic circle. It reminded him of the Holy Grail in the <em>Fate/Grand Order</em> game that boosted a Servant’s level cap, though he couldn’t be sure.
“Yes, it’s a Holy Grail. I spent a significant amount of points on it. It can provide nearly unlimited mana and is reusable. Once it’s no longer needed, I can sell it back to the store at a 20 percent point loss. The Holy Grail even contains Merlin’s hair, which I purchased from you,” Yakumo Yukari exined after she heard Chen Heng’s question.
Chen Heng failed to recognize anything else in the magic circle, but he could feel strong mana emanations from them. Evidently, these were not ordinary items.
