“How ridiculous.” This all sounded likeplete nonsense to Chrono. “Do you really think I will fall for
such an absurd excuse?”
“You can''t kill me now,” Francesca responded. “I suggest you stop being so deluded.”

Chrono took a nce into his rear view mirror. There was a silver car following him from behind. He
knew that that was someone from the Lindberg family.
It seemed like he had long anticipated that. Hence, he remained calm. There was no sign of panic on
