A girl was wandering at the field
Helping her parents like everyday
Looking for woods to be burned
Or anything that is useful for her family
Suddenly the sky was divided
Then she saw a deity from the sky
The Jade Emperor appeared before her
The Emperor has come down from heavens
The Jade Emperor then proclaimed
The Mandate of Heaven has been lost
The Imperial Court has been corrupted
The current Emperor is weak and cruel
The Imperial court has grown decadent
Warning has been sent across the world
And yet they ignore the message and blinded themselves
The land has been covered by darkness of their sins
The Jade Emperor decreed his divine law
He ordered her to bring the Heavens lights
He decreed her to illuminate the earth once more

With the Jade Emperor blessing and letter of his mandate
She showed his mandate to the people on her homeland
She then restored her home in one night from a struggling city back to its health
The shining light of her home soon illuminated its surrounding land
Her home has become the center of heavens hope
Her home attracted many followers across the land
People with merits arrived from every corner of the realm
They came with various regions and various backgrounds
Soon her follower grows in a great proportion
The people saw who her divine mandate flocked
Her decree that was given by heaven illuminated them
And the march to the capital has begun, to east
She and her follower movement were swift
They arrive from city to city in a short time
Each only took a day and no less to reach every settlement
Each settlement opens their door and pledge their support
Resistance barely exist since people saw her divine decree
Even conscripted soldiers knew the danger of opposing heaven
More people would then join her effort in restoring the light
From peasants to officials, they followed the heaven decree
But the Emperor and his court have no mercy
Corrupted and filled with darkness, villages and cities were torched
Punishment enacted to everyone who sings her praise
The river soon becomes red of blood and flown to the realm
The Princess and her follower slowly reached the capital
And they saw the horror caused by the imperial court and the imperial family
Bodies filled the fields and the crows who keep on feasting
Rubbles and death greet them at every settlement
The corrupted Emperor and his court then use dark magic
The diseases are being spread to her and her follower
Soon they all fall ill and death picked them one by one
The dark magic is casted to after the princess has worked
Despite the terrifying ordeal, she marched on
She still carries the divine mandate and it’s her duty
Her follower is loyal and follows her, the false one flees
The lights shall be restored as the Jade Emperor decree
But alas, the corrupt Imperial army blocks her away
Black magic was used even more frequent to stop her
Shaman and soldier put their effort in stopping the light restored
Attempt to reach the capital is almost impossible
In the end, she dies by their black magics and poisons
As she falls, the decree vanished without a trace
And soon her follower lose faith and disappear
Some who didn’t disappear would be perish by the onslaught
The Imperial court then retaliate with furry and brutality
They put every effort to snuff the lights on the land away
Settlements are being punished for supporting her
Followers and their families are ruthlessly slaughtered
Her home as the start of the light was punished the worst
It was torched to the ground and the people were butchered
But the lights never truly die as some still survives from the darkness
And they all promised to one day restored the light once again
