    She never had the chance to tell him they had filed for divorce because she was afraid of sharing the


    news with him.

    to mess with him. The police from Jetroina had long taken her into custody. Therefore, you don’t have

    Rufus heaved a sigh of relief once he found out his so-called son-inw was fine. Little did he know his


    daughter had been lying to him by repeating the information she acquired in the evening.

    It was then Sasha thought of getting her father a pail of water to wipe his body clean.


    Out of the blue, Rufus asked, “Since she had thought of exposing Sebastian and Frederick’s rtionship,


    did she mention anything about Frieda?”


    Sasha, who was in the bathroom, answered without giving it much of a thought, “She did use Mr.


    Hayes of having an affair with Sebastian’s biological mother. Why?”


    “If that’s the case, she’s in deep trouble because Frieda is Shin’s wife! If the Jadesons is aware Yancy


    has been trying something silly against Sebastian—”

    Sasha dropped the pail of water when she heard her father.

    don’t you go ahead and finish your meal without me?”

    as much as she was afraid of startling her father.


    Rufus nced at her and knew she had something else in mind even though he wasn’t sure of her


    concerns.

    “Well, just get going and take good care of yourself.”

    Sasha catapulted in the direction of the entrance and started ming herself for neglecting the vital


    piece of information as soon as she finished her sentence.


    If the Jadesons are aware Sebastian’s Frieda’s son, there’s a huge probability they have reached him!


    What’s going to happen to him if that’s the case?


    Are they going to kill him or force him into submission and bring him away against his will?


    She elerated her car and whizzed through the bustling streets in fear of the things awaiting the man

    get through to the man.

    Sasha started burning with rage and got in touch with another person she had in mind.


    The person on the other end of the call picked up the call as soon as it was made.


    “Hello, Mrs. Hayes? What brings you to me out of the blue?” Luke asked in a hushed voice, indicating he


    was equally astonished by her call.


    The observant Sasha knew something was wrong when she heard the man. She asked, “I have just


    come across the news! Is everything fine on your end? I-Is he fine?”


    She stammered when she brought up Sebastian during her conversation with the man’s assistant.


    Luke shook his head and assured the woman, “You don’t have to worry, Mrs. Hayes. Mr. Hayes is doing


    just fine. In fact, we have just wrapped up another conference.”


    The doubtful Sasha asked, “Are you sure you’re not lying?”


    Out of nowhere, a man’s voice could be heard, asking because he was irked, “Luke, what do you think


    you’re doing? Have you nothing else to do? Why are you in the middle of a call?”


    Luke and Sasha were at a loss for words when they heard the man reprimanding his assistant.
