rmended her and apanied her to audition personally, she got the part. Speaking about it now

Caroline had already half-risen from her seat. She was frozen in disbelief at what she was hearing. It
couldn''t be true. The rumours had been so clear that she was going to win this award.

She felt anger rising within her as she realized that something underhanded must have happened. Her
smile became stiff and forced as she tried to maintainposure on the big screen for all her fans
watching at home. It wasn''t until after the winner had gone up on stage to ept her award that
Caroline''s expression returned to normal. But it was toote; everyone had seen how upset she''d been

critical of Caroline''s inability to control her emotions on camera.
As soon as the ceremony ended, Caroline stormed off back into her dressing room and began throwing
makeup products around angrily while shouting about how unfair everything was.

How? They just took away my trophy! Why?" Caroline yelled in a sharp voice.
Her agent knew what had happened but didn''t have any answers. She had called someone rted to

important to them. They had spent years on it, and they had given up many other opportunities for it.
However, they had never expected that they would miss it in the end.

The agent hesitated before speaking up, "I have a recording of someone from their side calling me..."
"Send it out right now!" demanded Caroline without hesitation.
