murderous aura, he asked coldly, “What happened to your neck?”
“Are you talking about this?” Natalie touched the wound on her neck.
Shane nodded in response.
Biting her lips, Natalie answered, “I did it. When Sean wanted to force himself on me, I cut him with a
knife and put it on my neck. Then, I threatened him that I wouldmit suicide if he refused to give up.
Shane, don’t you think I am clever?”
Natalie sessfully protected herself even when she was all alone.
